Hi there

I am Bobby, an Irish graphic designer living in France for 2025.

I am passionate about and draw a lot of inspiration from music, film, and fine art. I grew up in a rural part of Ireland so I am very comfortable on farms. I enjoy the rural life in general. I have worked on the construction (and destruction) of houses so I am not afraid of hard work.

Along with design I am very passionate about drawing and painting. I am hoping to find somewhere I can combine these interests with learning some French.

I have experience working on farms, picking and planting along with looking after animals.

Bobby was very easy to have around. He was only with me for two working days but managed to knock a good amount of my To Do List and was very good with my technology problems. He was willing to do anything and good company. I would happily host him again and recommend him to any future host. Thanks, Bobby!

I asked Bobby to do a hell of a tough job : he had to work with a sledgehammer, it was very dusty and it was hot outside. I had planned 15 hours to do it but he did it in only 12 hours. Robert used his own initiative, worked to the hours agreed and was nice to talk to, no imposition on the household. He did leave 3 days earlier than planned due to other options he had available this was mutually agreed and I had no issue with that.

Really light work and I didn't feel like the clock was being watched.

Good company after work and really well fed. The room is really spacious and private. Very comfortable bed.

Really nice hosts. Would recommend for a long stay.

Altetta's place is wonderful. You can feel free here. There are woods to explore near the house and dogs to take with you. The work is not very hard and you can see what difference you make.
