Hi Workawayers and Hosts!

I'm Beatriz, a nature lover with a curious spirit and a practical mind. I really enjoy spending time in the countryside, surrounded by trees, animals, and people who enjoy simple, meaningful living.

I’m happiest when I can work with my hands—gardening, cooking, restoring furniture, painting, or taking care of animals. I’m not very techy, but I’m a quick learner and love picking up new skills. I’m also happy to help with languages—Spanish is my mother tongue, and I speak English and French fluently.

A few years ago, I had a wonderful experience as a Workawayer, and I’ve been looking forward to doing it again ever since. I also work as a house and dog sitter in Spain, because I absolutely love dogs and feel at home when they’re around.

In my free time, I enjoy yoga, hiking, music and all kinds of dancing—whether it’s in a class, at a festival, or barefoot under the stars. I also travel often for work (international cooperation), so when I have time off, I look for quiet, inspiring places where I can slow down, contribute, and connect.

We loved having Beatriz stay with us for 2 weeks to help with many different tasks at our large property in rural south of France. She is a conscientious, kind and hard working person.
