Description
Hello,
We’re Anna and Chloé, two inseparable friends, always followed closely by our loyal dogs Meika and Tara.
This summer, we’re making a dream come true — one we’ve shared for a long time: hitting the road together with our dogs, to explore new cultures, beautiful landscapes... and above all, to meet amazing people along the way.
We’re leaving France to travel through the Balkans, with a deep desire to discover different ways of living, to connect with others, and to explore new relationships between people and nature.
We’re both deeply connected to the natural world, and we worked together in an association in Corsica that studies and protects bats (yes, those fascinating little creatures we’re totally in love with!). That project really shaped us, and brought us even closer together.
This journey is something we’re doing with a real sense of purpose. What we’re looking for above all are simple moments, meaningful exchanges, and the chance to learn.
Woofing seems like the perfect way to travel: we’re genuinely curious about life on the farm, eager to lend a hand, and excited to learn from people who inspire us.
We truly believe that agriculture and biodiversity are deeply connected, and that there’s so much to understand, experience, and share about this essential relationship.
One important (and honest) note: Tara, Chloé’s dog, is very sweet and gentle with people, but she can be a little wary of other dogs at first. To make sure everything goes smoothly, she wears a muzzle during the first few days, just while she settles in and gets used to new canine friends. Usually, after a day or two, she relaxes and fully accepts them. She’s still young (2 years old), curious, full of good intentions… and sometimes a bit stubborn too! But this trip is also a great opportunity for her to grow and learn.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
We have a variety of skills that we’d be happy to contribute during our stay.
First of all, we both know how to ride horses and take care of domestic animals. We’re also ready to help with various farm tasks, such as organizing, cleaning, or general maintenance.
We have experience with gardening and are able to look after a vegetable patch. When it comes to cooking, we enjoy preparing tasty meals — both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
Thanks to our background in ecology, we bring an environmentally conscious approach to land management. If needed, we can also help carry out biodiversity surveys, particularly for reptiles, bats, or birds.
Lastly, we’re quick learners, adaptable, and used to working as a team — always with a smile and positive energy!

Autres infos...
We love spending time outdoors and enjoy activities like hiking and climbing. Sleeping outside while bivouacking is one of our favorite ways to connect with nature.
Beyond physical activities, we’re also very interested in the cultural and spiritual uses of nature. We’re especially curious about how different cultures use plants and natural elements for health, well-being, or as part of traditional beliefs. These kinds of exchanges and discoveries are very meaningful to us and something we deeply value.
