Dear Hosts!
Hi!
My name is Petra. I am 50, a teacher for children with special needs in Switzerland. I teach general subjects, some German and English to foreign socialworkers and I have 10 rythmic and dance classes.
I love organic gardening, playing music and dancing , dressmaking, baking and cooking.
I love to create beautiful spaces in- and outdoors... I like being active (working and sports)
I like good conversations about `god and the world`... and I like being arround people of all generations!
I am a widow, but I have a very positive attitude and outlook on life!
I look forward getting to know other customs and traditions in countries I don`t know yet... and I`d love to learn a bit of a new language to share some of mine!
I look forward meeting people who love what they are doing... take care of their surroundings , love nature ...
I am always open to learn more!
I love teaching, but I have decided, that I would like to do something different for a while,... for a change!
So I would love to do crafty things like: gardening, baking, making cheese, helping to fix something ...or working as a waitress would be nice...!
I was spontaneously able to take some time off from work.
So I would like to find a nice place to stay, work and help and exchange a, somewhere surrounded by,...and ideally, I would like to stay at one place from Febuary or March`25 until mid of July `25 .

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience in gardening, healthy cooking and baking (bread, cakes...) for some and many people
Some years ago I learnt how to make cheese, I am out of practise, but I guess I can quickly remember... learning by seeing and doing it again.
I am happy to do crafty things indoors and outdoors, I`d say : I am (still ;-)... a quick learner) with quite skillfull hands and some practical thinking.
I can sew, knit, ...play some instruments and I like folk-dancing and some yoga
I am a native german speaker, but my english isn`t bad, for I read literature and love speaking it!
I teach rythm and dance to children and maybe this ability could be of some service too at one point...
