Hola, I’m Ayleen and I ve been travelling Central and South America since April 2024. I absolutely fell in love with the Latin culture through all the different countries I got to visit and people I’ve got to spend time with.

I studied to become a speech therapist in Germany but am currently taking a break. I loved working with my patients, who were of every age, from young children to the elderly. Throughout my work I learned to be patient, open-minded, empathic and a teamworker.

In my free time I love to do yoga and meditate, meeting up with my friends, doing sports, try several DIY projects or just sitting in the park reading a book and soaking up the sun.

I think travelling is continually a great opportunity for me to get out of my comfort zone and grow as it was one of the best experiences I had when I was travelling after my highschool exams and again after my studies each time for a year.

I love to try new things, meet interesting people and/or animals and make some lifelong lasting memories. I enjoy learning from others so much regardless in with area: selfgrowth, new skills, a language, dances...

If my friends would have to describe me they would say: she might be small but she has a huge heart.
I am patient, kind, open-minded, caring, empathic, creative, curious, hard working, independent, adventurous, reflected ...

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I worked as a waitress for a couple of years (while i was still in school) in a cafe and also at different types of events.
I do have a drivers license and till now never had any accidents with the car. I am a respectful driver and were trusted to drive my host family's kids to school.

I have housekeeping and babysitting experiences such as preparing food, cleaning, entertaining children (from 8months up to 9years) and looking after them, doing laundry, gardening... or any thing that was necessary

I also worked as a hostess on a boat in Croatia, making sure everyone had a good time and is save.

I am a very creative person who loves to do diy projects of any kind. From creating visual content for social media, painting with watercolours or creating jewellery to building my own furniture. If it’s creative count me in!

I would say I am a sportiv person and I love to go for hikes, play volleyball, long board, cycle or hopefully soon surf.
Lifting weights at work shouldn't be a problem as long as they don't weight more than I do. I am open to help where ever I can and I don't mind getting my hands dirty.

as mentioned earlier I am a speech therapist working in mostly 4 different fiels:
Language (Grammar, Vocabulary.. for kids or patients with aphasia after a stroke..)
Speech (Pronunciation, Melody, Rhythm like lisp or patients with dysarthria, apraxia of speech..)
Voice (after a laryngectomie, dysarthria, voice disorders..)
and Swallowing ( after a stroke or an operation, cancer, kids with a wrong pattern of swallowing..)
I worked with infants, kids, teenagers up to the elderly
At my job i have to be patient, a good instructor, empathic, open-minded and creative
