Description
Hello!
My name is Aoife (think FIFA minus the first “F”). Art (I’ve included some of my work in my pictures), animals, nature, dancing, sustainable living, and learning about different cultures are some of my many interests.
I am looking for workaway opportunities preferably in Spain at the starting at the end of September.
I am a hard worker who likes to take initiative and get things done. I have experience in a variety of fields including hospitality, healthcare, landscaping and more.
I’m looking to spend more time in communities that value alternative living, creativity, and connection with nature. I would love to learn more about eco-friendly lifestyles while continuing to develop interpersonal and artistic skills. In return, I can offer cleaning, organising, gardening, animal care, and whatever tasks that need doing. During previous Workaway experiences, I learned about farm life, cordwood building, helped create pathways at a blossoming retreat center, assisted with horse care and assisted with mosaic projects. These experiences strengthened my appreciation for hands-on work, community living, and provided me with creative flow.
I’m currently traveling with my 7 yr old 4.5 kg Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix and loyal sidekick, Ruthie.
She’s well behaved, trained, submissive and gets along well with other animals (see pics). She loves her belly rubs and can often find her in a belly up position.
