Hello there!
I am a french guy and I will travel for 2 months in Italy, starting mid-August. I have been living close to Italy for 4 years now and I only know the basic of Italian language. So the plan is to spend as much time as possible with locals to improve my Italian. :)
I will probably go from place to place by bicycle.

[English below]Je vais avoir 2 mois de libre entre le 15 Aout et le 15 Octobre et j'aimerais beaucoup apprendre l'italien. Je prévois donc un voyage pour apprendre cette langue magnifique! :) I will have 2 months free, from mid-August to mid-October and I would love to learn Italian. I'm planning a trip in Italy to learn this beautiful language! :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I spent a year in Chile and another one in the US. I also did volunteer work for 4 weeks in Finland and Croatia helping local people renovating houses and building shelters for bears. I am also an graduated engineer.
Last but not least, last December I got my first workaway experience, as I helped in a permaculture eco-project in Greece.
I may not have such big experience but I am very motivated to do my best to help!

I had a great time at Giorgos place! I could only stay 2 weeks but I really enjoyed it there!
I was supposed to pick olives but as the season was almost over I only picked olives for 2 days which was maybe a good thing like that I was able to help with other tasks and discover a bit more what permaculture means.

Antoine stayed with us for about a month in January/February.
He is a great guy, serious and conscientious. He helped in the farm and in rebuilding some dry stone walls. He has an excellent command of English.

I initially went on Milos to stay there 10 days but in the end I stayed about 4 weeks! Pantelis house is located in a very beautiful area, few hundreds meters from the beach with a wonderful view over Milos bay.
