Certified Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Prenatal, breathwork and meditation – experience teaching groups and individuals, creating uplifting and accessible classes.

The past 4 months I've been in Central America, working as yoga teacher at Catalina's Hideaway a boutique hotel in Santa Catalina, Panama then at Rancho Margot, a sustainable farm/eco/lodge in Costa Rica. It was very meaningful to me exploring new countries where I could share my yoga skills and passion for healthy living, holistic wellbeing and most important the connections I made along the way. Now back in Denmark over Christmas looking for a new adventure. With a background in various jobs I have a hands-on mentality and a flexible mindset in all sorts of tasks; Waitress, yoga teacher, Au-Pair, cook, cleaner, gardener. By the end of the day for me it is all about sharing. Language, culture, food, experiences, inspiration. Life is about exploring and learning new skills
