Hey there!

I’m Anna, 25 years old and from Germany.

From 2020 to 2021, I spent almost two years living, working, and traveling in Canada. After returning to Germany to complete my bachelor’s degree, I’ve been back on the road now since early 2026 and am SO excited to explore the world again!

During my time in Canada, I stayed with several different hosts on farms and ranches. I worked on a farm where I helped with guided trail rides and general farm tasks, stayed at another farm where I mainly did maintenance work, and spent most of my time living on a ranch in a small town in the Rockies with cows, dogs, and horses.

My work there included a wide range of daily farm and ranch tasks such as fence building and repairs, animal care, maintenance work, and helping wherever needed. I enjoy physical outdoor work and being part of the daily life on the ranch.

I also spent quite a few hours in the tractor during haying season. I would still consider myself a beginner, but I’d love to learn more and gain more experience. I really LOVED spending hours in the tractor, especially with good music playing haha

I love being surrounded by nature and enjoy quiet places. I’ve always felt very connected to animals, especially horses and dogs. I had my own horse for eight years and have done a lot of groundwork with rescue horses over the years. Building a fair and respectful relationship with horses is very important to me.

I’ve also worked with children and teenagers for many years as an instructor, babysitter, and coach.
While studying, I worked at a restaurant for over four years as a barista, bartender, and service worker.

I would describe myself as a very reliable, committed, and responsible person. I take initiative, see what needs to be done, and don’t mind taking responsibility. I enjoy working in a team, but I’m also comfortable working independently.

I’m open-minded, easygoing with a good sense of humor mixed with sarcasm haha (but don't worry I also know how to act professionally) :)
