Description

Hello, my name is Anna. I am excited to travel around this summer and explore. I have been visiting Spain for the last 5 years (minus covid) during the summer as an aupair living with a lovely family, but I realised I don't know much of the country outside of their little city and its surroundings. I am eager to get to know new things, try out work I most probably never did before and have fun! I am actually excited to do some grunt work since I do a lot of sitting in front of a computer, so I hope ill be of some help at least.

I teach English at a post-graduate level, C1 level, I don't have much experience teaching lower levels than B1, but I'm sure I can manage. I forgot a lot of Spanish, so I'd love to practice. Otherwise I'm open to learning anything!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I study sociology and special education, I have experience working with all age groups of kids and students for after school learning programmes. I currently work teaching English and sometimes volunteer doing workshops for small kids at various events (their parents leave the kids and I take care of them). I would say that my strong suit are communication and observation skills, I enjoy talking to people and being sociable, on the other hand, I also value my alone time and know when to stop talking.

I really enjoy gardening, I love working in the garden - I don't know much, I mostly follow orders. I have a lot of potted plants in my place in Brno (where I study) and at my parent's place in Prague, my mom started giving them away. I would like to do some physical work or activities to turn off my brain for a bit. I am not too strong, but tenacious.

I really like sudoku, It's one of my favourite past times, I'm at an intermediate level. I spend a lot of time at school - two degrees at the same time weren't the best decision, but I want to finish what I started - so I want to explore now that I'll have the time. I am horrible at sports but if it isn't competitive then I enjoy it.
