Hi, I'm Anna (my legal name is Isabella but everyone calls me Anna). I'm interested in sustainable agriculture, literature and modern history. I enjoy practical tasks and working with animals, as well as community and conversation. I have experience helping out on farms, and attended Deep Springs College, which has labour and self-governance programmes. I'm new to the workaway programme but did WWOOFing on a flower and vegetable farm in America. I graduated from university in 2024 and I am starting a job with the national farmers' union in the UK in September. I am looking to do a workaway in June after meeting up with some friends in Europe.

I'm also interested in developing language skills in Spanish and German.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience with organic farming (vegetables, wheat/alfalfa, cattle). I'm good at weeding/harvesting vegetables/planting. I'm very comfortable around animals (cows, horses, sheep, pigs, chickens, pets) and have lots of experience being responsible for their food and water.

I have some experience with construction projects (cutting wood, drills and hammering, mixing and pouring concrete) but would definitely need a refresher for these skills.
