My focus is on learning spanish but always love to learn all the new things out there in the world
Description
At 33, I’m still driven by two sparks: curiosity and contribution. Heading into the unknown energises me, and every challenge is an invitation to learn something I can pass on to others.
What I’m diving into right now
- Spanish-learning sprint. I’m a motivated complete beginner keen to practice daily conversation—so expect plenty of questions, a pocket notebook, and genuine gratitude for any correction you offer.
- Building a digital-first coaching platform. My goal is to deliver affordable, evidence-based support in fitness, nutrition, and mental resilience—especially to people who normally couldn’t access a personal coach. Experimenting with automation and clever digital workflows keeps costs down and impact high.
Why I could be useful to you
- Process-minded problem solver. Years of tweaking clinical workflows as a paramedic and physician assistant taught me to spot bottlenecks fast and design simple fixes.
- People-centred motivator. From leading ambulance crews to coaching clients, I’m comfortable in teams, yet perfectly happy tackling solo tasks when focus matters.
- Fast-learning generalist. Emergency medicine hammered home the value of picking up new skills on the fly and staying calm under pressure—traits that transfer neatly to farm work, hospitality, DIY or digital tasks.
Attitude you can expect
Cheerful optimism, a dash of healthy scepticism (I’ll always ask “why?” before “how?” -> learning process) and a drive for win-win solutions. Whether we’re brainstorming a website, planting trees, or sharing language exchanges, I’ll bring empathy, energy, and an open mind.
I’m new to Workaway, but not new Couchsurfing, Hitchhiking, Housesitting. Let’s learn from each other, create something meaningful, and maybe share a few Spanish-German knowledge along the way!Centres d’intérêt

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Over the last decade I served on the medical front lines—first as a paramedic and later in outpatient rehabilitation—where split-second decisions and process optimisation went hand in hand. In parallel I ran my own start-up as a personal trainer and vegan nutrition coach for two years, pushing every workflow into the cloud and proving that a completely paper-free office is not only possible but faster, cheaper, and kinder to the planet.
Before and during that professional chapter I tried on a wide spectrum of “real-world” jobs: waiting tables, mixing drinks, assisting in a metal workshop, riding courier runs, and swinging a hammer on construction sites. Those experiences taught me resilience, people skills, and the value of honest labour—lessons that paid off when I spent three unforgettable months on a remote Australian sheep-and-cattle farm, pitching in wherever hands were needed.Âge
