We are currently looking for a workaway experience in the South of Spain during the second half of April :)

Description

Hi, we are Anaya and Francis from Belgium. We recently completed our studies and are planning to travel for several months through Portugal, Spain, and Italy to meet new people, learn and experience new things. :)

Anaya studied English and Spanish at University. Beyond languages and literature, she is passionate about dancing, writing, nature, pilates, drawing and painting, cooking, music, and hiking. Anaya studied a bit of Portuguese and would love to improve this. She would also like to get more comfortable while speaking Spanish.

Francis studied physical exercise and movement sciences. He is very passionate about sports (especially rugby), history, cooking, music, traveling, and hiking. He has spent several years participating in a sea scouts which has strengthened his love for nature. Francis is also trying to learn Spanish. We both really enjoy a balance between an active lifestyle and creative moments to slow down and reflect.

Since we both do not have a lot of experience with regard to farm work or building, we would love to expand our knowledge and experiences in this field. We are especially curious to learn more about different cultures and languages, gardening, sustainable living, animal care, and the connection between people and nature.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Anaya has worked for several years in hospitality as a student, which means she is used to working in a group or with different people. She is someone that really enjoys to be creative, so she would also love to use this skill while working on a project. She speaks several languages and would also enjoy teaching these to others or practicing language skills. She also spent two summers working as a youth monitor at a children's holiday program, where she helped organize outdoor games and activities for children. With regard to agricultural work, she only worked at an organic farm once so she does not have a lot of experience, but she is curious and eager to learn more about it.

Francis has been active as a youth rugby trainer for several years, which means he loves to work in group and has teaching experience. He is passionate about encouraging people to pursue an active lifestyle. He enjoys learning new skills and is curious to learn more about different cultural cooking styles, languages, diy projects, and gardening.
