Hi, I am Amelie :)
I am a student in Italy and in my vacation I like to travel.
I am very interested in learning all kinds of new things. In the past I got a little frusturated when I coudn't do stuff perfectly from the start but I learned to love the process of becoming better at a completly new skill. Meeting new people makes me really happy, because of all the interesting stories I can listen to, the new perspectives they can give me and the possibility of making new friends. Another fun part of it is getting the posibility to use my broad language skills, improve the ones I know less and maybe learn some new phrases in languages I don't know. Whilest when I'm alone I love to draw and do other creative stuff, read or do sports. While working I get really motivated by a nice environment, for example when I feel like I am allowed to ask questions and people are willing to help me in the beginning and when they show that they trust me and my skills once I got used to the job, and of course by a fun team of coworkers.

I grew up billingual, Geman and Italian. So I don't have any official qualification for teaching, but I am very happy if someone is interested in practicing one of them with me through daily conversations etc. I love to speak English but don't have the opportunity often and so when I have the chance I love to use it and practicel. Moreover I am really interested in improving my French which I learned at school and used during my Erasmus-Semester in France. It's a language that I really enjoy and hope to speak at a high level in future.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
First of all I always take my work really serious no matter what. I must say because of my age I maybe in comparison have little experience but from the ones I made I know that I am very hardworking. While working for example at a bookfair I had to handle very long working shifts during which I had to be always present and fresh-minded because I was the whole day in close contact with clients. So I can do work that includes serving people but also the one in the backgound like cleaning and keeping a place tidy.
For jobs that maybe include animals: I myself have pets that I grew up with, so I know how to treat animals with care and respect. Besides the fact that I really love them which is also why have been vegetarian/vegan for 10 years. This is related to the fact that I like being in nature, but having grown up in a capital city I am also very used to the city chaos, so I like and can handle both environments.
Moreover always loved drawing and doing crafts and would not only say that I am good at creative tasks, but they are something very close to my heart, so I am extra motivated to do them.

As said I really love creative taks and can spend hours on a drawing or for example a crochet project. I love literature especially classics, philosophical and political essays. As for sports I love horsebackriding when done ethically, cycling, swimming, taking long walks, yoga, dancing, kickboxing, ...
I'm happy if I can do something useful and meaningful that may not save the world but in its own small way has some kind of positive impact.
