Hey, I'm Alina.
I finished school in June 2024 an am now 20 years old. I am an adventurous, openminded person and love to do sports, but also enjoy to calm down and read a good book from time to time.
I want to use my gap year in order to see and learn as much as possible. In my opinion traveling is both, challenging and rewarding, which is why it's great for self-growth and gaining experiences.
Thanks to my family, I have been able to travel to many places already. Now I feel like it's time to travel alone and experience even more on my own.

I hope to see new and different places, get to know new people and cultures in an authentic way and learn new skills during my gap year.
I'm looking forward to that :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a younger brother and younger cousins, therefore I have some experience in babysitting. In my free-time I like to do some DIYs like crocheting and knitting.
Since I did competitive sport for a long time, I often travelled to other places without my family for competitions and training camps. In connection with this, I learned to be independent at a young age and can adapt well to new environments.
My main subjects in school are English and mathematics and in a few months I will have finished my Abitur. In addition, I work in gastronomy since two years to earn a little extra money while going to school.
We have two rabbits, so I know how to live with pets and look after them.

I do not have a big knowledge when it comes to renovating and interior design, but I am interested in it.
Another hobby I did not mention before is skating with my longboard.
