Hi there! My name is Alice! Or Al, I respond to both! I am currently an engineering student in Ireland who has a bad case of wanderlust and I am eager to experience Europe in any way I can!

I am very into hiking and rock climbing, and have completed a rural navigation course, and I am mountaineering first aid certified. I love nature and everything it has to offer. This year I would love to expand my knowledge about horticulture and sustainable farming in particular, as I love to work with my hands and have always preferred outdoor work to sitting in an office. But honestly, doing any kind of work abroad and experiencing what a country has to offer from the eyes of someone living there, is incredibly important to me.

I have lots of experience with working with children in my previous jobs, and am very experienced with running and organising activities, and public speaking! Group management is definitely one of my most prominent skills!

I have a younger sister, and the two of us love to play video games and watch terrible movies. I am very easy going but I believe I have a fantastic work ethic, and am eager to throw myself into another countries culture!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am an excellent hiker an dhave completed a navigation course with college. I am also first aid certified. I ran climbing lessons as an instructor at my college in the evenings and have led weekend hikes in Connemara for any fellow students interested!

I have lots of experience working with children of all ages, and have skills in group management, leadership and activity organisation. My first job ever was as an activities marshal in and adventure camp, where I organised and lead activities with people of ages 6 all the way to the elderly!
I have worked random jobs in shops since then, and then made a big change by moving to the Swiss Alps for three months to work a summer kids camp. Not only did this expand my knowledge of working with kids, but I also learned to coexist peacefully with the coworkers that I worked and lived with! One of the best experiences of my life.
