Description

I am a yogi, artist and writer, who after a long career in the creative industries and a life of travel decided to learn all I can about sustainable living. In the past two years I have volunteered as a communal permaculture gardener on the Canary Island of La Gomera where I have cared for a large nursery, vegetable gardens and fruit trees. I am always interested in learning more about diverse plant varieties, gardening methods, food preservation and animal care, so please get in touch if you need help with those!

– Permaculture: Preparing beds, Compost, Nursery, Planting from seed and propagation, Harvest, Processing harvest for kitchen use
– Enjoys animals but likes to learn more about animal care
– Enjoys cooking but likes to learn more about traditional food preservation
– Easy going communicator, well organized, keeps schedules and arrangements, works according to tasks - or until a job is done!
– Strong admin background, can assist with computer work but prefers working outdoors
- Keeps living and work areas clean and tidy
– Non-smoker, Non-drugs, enjoys casual wine, eats everything but adheres to any local diets including all vegan / vegetarian
