¡Hola a comunidad! Mi nombre es Agustina, nací en Argentina y ahora también soy ciudadana italiana!

Viajar, conocer otras culturas, aprender nuevos idiomas, nuevas habilidades y conectarme con seres y espacios desde el aprendizaje, la armonía, el respeto, la alegría y el amor, es realmente la forma de vida que resuena conmigo.

Soy amante y respetuosa con los animales, la naturaleza y el movimiento.

Me considero una persona muy amigable, sonriente, comprometida, emocional, con mucha energía y paciente.
Siento mucha empatía hacia otros seres y, por lo tanto, también soy una persona muy sensible.
Me gusta mucho conversar y compartir experiencias, saberes y actividades y también me gusta pasar tiempo a solas.

Me forme como profesora de educación física (para escuelas) y en el camino conecté con diferentes prácticas de movimiento consciente a través de la danza, el yoga, prácticas somáticas, método Feldenkrais. Actualmente me encuentro gestando un proyecto mediante el cual pueda compartir la práctica del movimiento conectando con el cuerpo de manera genuina y consciente.

Disfruto, aprendo y me expreso a través de la danza, la música, el juego, de explorar y potenciar nuevas habilidades.

Estoy buscando experiencias en comunidad y en la naturaleza, cotidianidad en el campo/bosque/selva, con otros seres, que nutran, potencien y me conecten con la vida eco y auto-sustentable que resuena con mi ser.

Últimamente he participado en voluntariados de proyectos de permacultura, trabajando el huerto, jardín de plantas medicinales, cuidando gallinas, algunos proyectos de bioconstrucción y en proyectos culturales.
El verano pasado estuve trabajando en el campo con agricultura agroecológica (siembra, cosecha, algunas instalaciones, mantenimiento)
Actualemente me encuentro en un voluntariado aprendiendo sobre herbolaria

Espero poder coincidir con proyectos y comunidades que resuenen con la vida que estoy viviendo y creando 🦋

Hello to the community! My name is Agustina, I was born in Argentina and now I am also an Italian citizen!

Traveling, getting to know other cultures, learning new languages, new skills and connecting with people and spaces from learning, harmony, respect, joy and love, is really the way of life that resonates with me.

I am a lover and respectful of animals, nature and movement.

I consider myself a very friendly, smiling, committed, emotional person, with a lot of energy and patient.
I feel a lot of empathy towards other beings and, therefore, I am also a very sensitive person.
I really like to talk and share experiences, knowledge and activities and I also like to spend time alone.

I trained as a physical education teacher (for schools) and along the way I connected with different practices of conscious movement through dance, yoga, somatic practices, Feldenkrais method. I am currently gestating a project through which I can share the practice of movement by connecting with the body in a genuine and conscious way.

I enjoy, learn and express myself through dance, music, play, exploring and enhancing new skills.

I am looking for experiences in community and in nature, everyday life in the countryside/forest/resilve, with other beings, that nourish, enhance and connect me with the eco and self-sustaining life that resonates with my being.

Lately I have participated in volunteering of permaculture projects, working the garden, medicinal plant garden, taking care of chickens, some bioconstruction projects and cultural projects.

Last summer I was working in the field with agroecological agriculture (sowing, harvesting, some facilities, maintenance)

I'm currently volunteering learning about herbalism

I hope I can coincide with projects and communities that resonate with the life I am living and creating 🦋

Me he formado como profesora en educación física y me he especializado en las infancias. ¡Así que me encanta compartir tiempo con los niños y moverme!

¡Practico danza contemporánea y africana, yoga, acrobacias y natación! Y me encanta seguir aprendiendo y compartiendo estas prácticas y otras

Me encanta la música y cantar, estoy aprendiendo a tocar el ukelele.

¡Me encanta crear artes y manualidades!

Hice un súper cambio de alimentación que comenzó hace ya unos 5 años, basada en plantas, y aprendí a cocinar de una manera creativa y sabrosa. ¡Me encanta cocinar y comer!

Aprendo muy rápido y con mucho entusiasmo, ¡así que me encantaría desarrollar e intercambiar nuevas habilidades!
