Hey there :)
I’m Annika, 23 years old and back home (Germany) I worked as a Media Designer, but I realised it's time again to explore!
I prefer to travel slowly – taking my time, soaking up the culture, trying local food, meeting awesome people and living the experience.
I’m also on a mission to improve my language skills and pick up new tricks – whether it’s cooking, fixing things, or something totally unexpected, I’m in!
That’s why Workaway is perfect for me: I get to help out, learn from others and be part of everyday life in different corners of the world.
I’d describe myself as open-minded, honest and always up for an adventure :)
I’m into films, music (mostly Indie Rock/Pop, Hip Hop, and Jazz – and I play a few instruments, though nothing fancy), and good books. I also enjoy skating, bouldering, surfing, and snowboarding – and I’m always up for trying new sports, so if you’ve got something fun to teach me, I’m all ears!
Super excited to see where this journey takes me – and hopefully, we’ll create some great memories together! :D

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I’ve got experience in a bunch of practical areas. I’ve helped out with home renovations, tackling everything from clay and stone work to painting walls and sprucing up exteriors.
Additionally I have some knowledge of woodworking and the tools involved.
I also enjoy gardening and love turning freshly harvested produce into delicious meals.
Plus, I have skills in videography and photography, so I can capture moments and create some great visual content.

Most of my work involved gardening (weeding and preparing for winter), taking care of the adorable dog, and looking after the chickens.
There was also plenty of time to relax, read a book, go for a hike, or simply enjoy the stunning views from the house.
