Hi! I'm Andrea (Adry) and I'm from Peru. I'm currently volunteering on the Turkish Coast in Orhanye. I studied medicine for a couple of years and I want to finish my degree in Germany. I speak Spanish and Portuguese. I've also taken courses in marketing and theater. My first Workaway experience just ended in Germany for three months with a lovely and very dedicated family. I helped with daily household chores, gardening, and organizing. I also spent a few hours each day with their baby, taking care of him, and sometimes with his little brother, playing or drawing. I'm very grateful for the experience I've had so far. In addition, I volunteered at the Frankfurt International Theater Festival for two weeks, which gave me the opportunity to be surrounded by amazing artists and people who strive to build a balanced and fair community. I feel comfortable in both dynamic and quiet environments. I enjoy participating in various activities such as gardening, pet care, childcare, organizing and helping with household chores, DIY projects, crafts, sports and healthy snacks, or Peruvian cooking.
Para estancias más largas (3 meses o más), me interesa especialmente ayudar a familias con las tareas de au pair a través de Workaway, actuando como una hermana mayor, ya que creo que esto proporcionará mayor estabilidad para todos. ⛅⛅⛅⛅⛅⛅ Sobre mí :) Tengo dos hermanos menores: Eduardo, de 25 años; Massiel, de 20; y Zoe, de 10. También tengo tres gatos y un perro a los que quiero mucho y echo de menos (Cleo, Tommy y Snowflake), ya mi perra Mily (que falleció hace unos meses). Soy una persona abierta y amigable, aunque al principio puedo ser tímida. Me encantan los deportes, la práctica escalada y disfruto del ciclismo y la natación. Probó el yoga y el tenis. También me gustan las artes y los eventos relacionados con ellas. Me encanta pasar tiempo en la naturaleza y también me encantan los animales. Tengo experiencia cuidando gatos y perros; Conozco su comportamiento, sus necesidades y cómo cuidarlos, así que intento darles lo mejor que puedo. También tengo experiencia con niños creando juegos creativos y de motricidad. Trabajó algunas horas ayudando con las tareas escolares y también preparó clases para enseñar a niños de 3 a 12 años durante 6 meses en un instituto de idiomas de mi país. Me gustan los niños porque me parece hermoso verlos explorar y aprender sobre el mundo a medida que crecen, y me siento cómodo con ellos porque he sido la hermana mayor y mi familia es grande, así que he pasado mucho tiempo con mis primos, a quienes también he cuidado. Tengo experiencia en restaurantes internacionales donde trabajé durante períodos de tiempo, así que también preparo cócteles clásicos y conozco el servicio al cliente. Estoy estudiando inglés porque quiero dominarlo, y aunque todavía puedo comunicarme a un nivel B1 con algunos errores, busca un entorno que me ayude a progresar. Acabo de empezar a estudiar alemán; estudio ambos idiomas por mi cuenta.A través de Workaway, busca una experiencia enriquecedora y contribuye positivamente a un proyecto o una familia. I'm very interested in improving my English and continuing to learn German. I would also love to teach my language to others! ~If you're looking for a longer stay as a paid au pair or for a project, I should mention that with my UK residence permit (ETA), I can legally take language courses for up to 6 months. This is valid if the host family wants to enroll me in English or German courses, similar to an au pair, through a Workaway contract, thus complying with the regulations since I can't receive a direct salary. :) We can discuss it further.

I have experience playing and caring for pets such as dogs and cats, and farm animals such as chickens and rabbits.

I have experience in gardening projects and small agricultural tasks, such as planting and organizing vegetable gardens.

I have also participated in theater and music festivals, and I enjoy attending cultural activities: museums, theater, art exhibitions, and classical music concerts.

I have skills in drawing, painting, photography, and crafts, as well as being good at sports and enjoying cooking.
