My nickname is Adry, I’m peruvian girl currently living in Frankfurt, where I’m studying German. I’m looking for new opportunities in the UK from mid-May. I studied medicine for four years and plan to continue in Germany. I also have experience in marketing and some background in theater and music festivals. I speak Spanish and Portuguese.

I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading by the sea or anywhere surrounded by nature. I love sports such as swimming, cycling, and climbing!
I love artistic and cultural events such as visiting museums, art exhibitions, classical music concerts. Of course I really appreciate simple pleasures like sunsets, watching rabbits or squirrels jumping, flowers, ice cream, and chocolate.

~ My current routine includes:
Studying German 4 hours a day at the Goethe University library,
Going for runs 2–3 times a week, depends on the weather.
Reading a great novel 1985 by the German author Patrick Süskind, and practicing piano twice a week at church.

I come from a close family with three siblings: Eduardo 25, Massiel 22. Zoe 10 and I truly value connection and care. I love animals I have three cats: Tommy, Cleo and Snowflake and had a dog: Mili whom I miss very much.

~As a volunteer, I enjoy activities such as:
Gardening, cooking, crafts, painting, sports, organizing spaces, playing with children and animals, teaching my mother language, Spanish, and being in nature.

I would love to connect with kind, open-minded, and communicative people who support a positive and respectful environment, and where I can continue improving my German and English. Through Workaway, I’m looking for a meaningful experience where I can contribute to a project or a family.

My goals are to reach A2 level in German B2 / C1 level in English by November in UK. I want to dedicate the next few months to studying, staying active, and supporting your projects. Also I would like to teach you my language like I did in Turkey with my friends! If you are looking for a longer stay as an au pair through a paid Workaway arrangement (we can discuss this), or for a project, I’d like to mention that with the UK ETA I can take language courses for up to 6 months. This would be suitable if the host family would like to support me with English or German courses while complying with the regulations. We can talk more about it in detail.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am currently learning to play the piano and I like to run many kilometers.

I feel truly happy spending time with children, and I enjoy teaching. I worked as a teacher at an institute called Euroidiomas in my city, giving classes to groups of children aged 3 to 12 every Saturday for six months. This experience helped me develop patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.

I understand the behavior and needs of cats and dogs, and I always make an effort to play with them and provide a comfortable and happy environment.

I have also worked part-time in restaurants in a Swiss-Peruvian restaurant as a waitress, and in an Italian restaurant at the bar, preparing cocktails and coffee. I value these experiences a lot, as they helped me develop practical skills while also being fun and dynamic.

I have been involved in gardening projects and small agricultural tasks, including planting and organizing vegetable gardens.

I spent and thoroughly enjoyed 3 months on the Turkish coast, where I met wonderful people and pets in each place.
I also stayed for 3 months with a kind, lovely and understanding family in Ludwigsburg, Germany, helping with household tasks, some gardening, and caring for and playing with the children.
I participated in the International Theatre Festival in Frankfurt, which was a very inspiring artistic and community experience.

I am particularly interested in working on projects such as NGOs, also with children, community life, social, educational or artistic activities and connection with nature.
