  Description

  Hello my name is Elena and I am looking for workawayers who could help me inprove my English. My family (my prarents, my brother and his wife) and I run a farm in southern Tuscany (the area is called Maremma). On our farm I help to take care of all the animals (we have a lot: sheep, goats, chickens , turkey, rabits, etc), work in our our vegetable garden and I also teach schoolchildren about farm life and how to cook traditional while my brother and his wife work with horses and have a riding school on our farm.
  My biggest passion is cooking and I realy enjoy teaching how to cook, bake bread, make cheese or also marmelade.
  I would like to improve my English and therefor am looking for native speakers who are willing to talk English with me while helping me during my daily tasks.
  In exchange I will be very happy to teach you my cooking skills and show you how we live on our farm here in Tuscany and how we take care of our animals and cultivate our vegetable garden.

  Feeding animals and taking care of them
  Help in our vegetable garden

  Small renovation tasks (repainting the wood furniture in the garden, fixing small things together with me, etc)
  While doing these tasks together we can speak English so I can improve and use the language.

  Hébergement

  You will stay in one of our guest appartments on our farm.
  The bed linen and towels are included.
  You can prepare your own breakfast (which I will buy for you)
  Lunch we will have all together with my family
  Dinner you will have with me or if I am busy you can prepare something on your own.

  In your free time you can visit the tipical tuscan villages, go hiking in the woods or explore the area.
  We are located 10min by CAR from Grosseto (next biggest city)
  We are 1h from Siena, 2.5h from Rome, 1.5h from Pisa, 2h from Florence. There are not a lot of buses driving from Grosseto to our area. When I have time I can take you to Grosseto where there is also a trainstation. Its easiest if you have your own car to move around. If I go out and its possible and you like you can come along.
