  Description

  Hi, I'm Roman and I have a property in Llucmajor, Mallorca. I have been developing it for the last 5 years. I am half way through building a house and have already planted many many fruit trees, grape vines, berry bushes and flowering plants. I love plan propagation¬cloning and am a carpenter builder professionally.
  
  I have a worm farm, compost bins and am very interested in organic and local sustainable gardening and food preservation techniques.
  
  I have 4 amazing chickens that lay eggs every day and I also have 2 small vegetable gardens that give a steady supply of tomatoes, mini cucumbers and zucchinis.
  There is a bathroom and outdoor shower.
  
  Also the possibility of staying in my caravan. I only use it every few months to overnight there. It is quite comfortable and spacious.
  
  The property It situated 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk out of town. There is a big Eroski supermarket near by, bars and many other shops.
  
  What I love most about my property is the peace and quiet out in the country side.. I have no neighbours for about 50m in any direction. Also the big space means I can plant many trees and have several vegetable gardens. My chickens are the absolute best entertainment and they follow me around and keep me company when I am working in the garden.
  
  I am also looking to set up a workaway experience, on a more regular basis.. 2 or 3 times a year, to help with general gardening, landscaping and building and construction tasks that I will have over the next few years.

  Aide

  I am going away from the 7th of August until then 24th August. Its a hot time of the year and I have several pot plants in one location that need watering about every 3 days. That is the main responsibility. There is a watering hose to do this and it is about a 15 or 20 minute job, every 3 days.
  
  Also, to occasionally check up on the chickens (add water for them once a week and add food for them once every 10 days)
  
  Occasionally walk around a check up on the trees, to make sure there is no obvious problems with the watering system.. it is a very reliable watering system so there should not be anything to do.

  Hébergement

  My Caravan, camping site or a location to park your own van, that would be ideal.
  Daily eggs from my chickens, tomatoes and cucumbers and Zucchinis are available to harvest when ever you like. I believe also my 5 fig trees should be starting to give fruit in August. There is a gas stove in my small casita so that is an option to use to cook with. I have pots and pans and some spices available there to use.
