This was my first workaway experience so I wasn't too sure what to expect but as soon as I met the family I was put at ease and felt very excited about the rest of my time with them. … read more willing to answer all of my questions about Italian culture and language. They cooked so much incredible fresh food which even surpassed my expectations of Italian cuisine. They were also kind enough to invite me to their family lunch's on weekends in beautiful locations and with a very lovely family atmosphere. Bruno is a very cute and sweet kid and despite my lack of Italian we had a lot of fun together playing football, tennis and golf in the park. Simon stayed at our place for 2 weeks and we really liked having him around. He's a smart guy, respectful and he always tried to help us with basic things like keeping the house clean, picking up Bruno at school and playing with him. … read more preciosa y ha sido muy fácil llegar a otras ciudades con el tren. Me ha encantado pasar tiempo con Chiara y Filippo y escucharles hablar de los proyectos y viajes increíbles que han hecho y tienen por hacer. Son dos personas de las que puedes aprender mucho y con las que es muy fácil hablar y cualquier problema o duda que tenia siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudarme. Me ha encantado pasar tiempo con Bruno, es un niño genial, muy bueno, listo y muy creativo y me he disfrutado cada momento que he pasado con el, jugando, dibujando y en el mar. No pude haber elegido mejor mi primer viaje, este mes con ellos ha sido inolvidable y aparte de la experiencia he conocido a unas personas increíbles, gracias por todo y espero vernos pronto!

… read more helping friends out. You could tell that they have workaway experience themselves and it was super interesting when Chiara showed me the photo album of their time abroad. Treviso is a beautiful city with good train connections to a lot of interesting places. I also really enjoyed the food that Chiara cooked, thank you for that! Exploring the breathtaking natural beauty of Veneto during our hiking trip was an absolute delight. It was a pleasure to share these moments with you, enjoying the fresh air, physical activity, and each other’s company.
Our day trip to Venice was a highlight of my time with your family. Navigating the winding canals, admiring the magnificent architecture. Thank you for arranging this outing.
