Description
We are a hostel in Weligama, in a great location 5 minutes walk from the beach, where you can catch waves all day long .
We are looking for help around the hostel , organising nights for guests and getting everyone together, and creating a family friendly feel around the hostel .
We also have an amazing space upstairs on the rooftop that needs refreshing , and making into a lovely place for our guest to relax , get together , play games and enjoy some chill time.
We need help with painting the walls, and generally making the space new, fresh and comfortable.
We have a communal kitchen and lots of space around the hostel for you to come and feel at home while helping us . Currently I have 3 paid staff including our reservation manager then the guy who clean the hostel and other guy do ayurvedic massage .

You will get to stay in a hostel 5 minutes away from the beach to surf , and discounts on surfing lessons with our partner surfing company .
You will get a bed in one of our dorm rooms , and breakfast. Toast , fruit , eggs , that you can make how you like in are communal kitchen .
You can also learn about the running of a hostel.
You can have free time in the mornings and evenings to do whatever you like with guests and friends you meet
We like to make this place a friendly environment, where people will feel at home and make new friends .

SO WE NEED VOLUNTERRS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA, HOUSE KEEPING, YOGA, AND FOR RECEPTION, AND PLS WE NEED YOU TO WORK MINIMUM 1 MONTH WITH US.. SO WE WILL ORGANIZE FOR YOU BREAKFAST. AND CAN help US FOR 4 TO 5 HOURS. PLS REPLY FOR THIS - ONLY IF YOU INTERESTED WORKING WITH US MINIMUM 1 MONTH.

With time of you can travel around the south coast of Sri Lanka . And surf at Weligama beach, or at one of the many beach’s near by (10 minute bus ride)
Eat at one of the many restaurants around Weligama, it is a prime sport for local and western restaurants, cafes and bars all along the beach road.

Athita and the team are so helpful and kind, I felt so welcomed and made to feel part of their team. The tasks were easy and flexible and help was always available. A delicious breakfast and Lunch are provided everyday. I had a wonderful experience here would definitely recommend
