  Description

  Single parent with nice house and children at school. My house is in rural area of West Sussex with the South Downs national park and countryside on my doorstep. There is one shop nearby. London and south coast towns within easy reach by public transport. My dog is English cocker Spaniel and very friendly. Children are half Korean half British. There is spare room with bathroom next to it, unused at the moment but will furnish it properly to make it comfortable. It would suit someone looking for a retreat style stay for writing or working, although as I say I am happy to join in with trips or exploring.

  An excellent retreat for peace, relaxation and quiet work. I am near South Coast towns and west county and London, where all sorts of festivals and events can be found. Can learn about British life, teach Korean culture, or just become one with nature. All arts and culture much enjoyed too. Interested in working on digital projects, photography, electronic music and hiking. Fitness and weight training also can teach or do regularly.

  I would like an extra person to be around as I'm a single parent but I also work at home a lot. So I need some housekeeping/house work and simple child-minding (10 & 11yrs) on ad-hoc basis if I am busy or want to go out, which maybe not at all. Ideally to teach Korean language, otherwise can cook or help with household 0-3 times a week if I am busy. Meals can be simple noodles. One child stays the night at school on 2 days, one all week, and occasional weekends at school. I can also join in trips or show you around. I am happy to participate in outdoor activities or accompany on trips to places or +1 to events around, but this would suit someone looking for some privacy, digital work or just quiet retreat as well.

  No special rules, but house is not accessible late at night. The train station to London/Brighton/Portsmouth nearby by bus or by car in daytime hours.
