  Hey You!
  After travelling from Germany by bicycle/boats to finally Nicaragua I found a place to build up something with the money I have. Since February(2024) it has been a productive time here for me, but I need to go back to Germany for health reasons.
  
  That's why you can have a house for yourself at the moment! :)
  The house is wooden and pretty basic, but has two floors with an amazing livingroom view. Also you'll look into nature from your bed.
  If you want to stay it's the best to rent a motorbike or something to reach the beach/restaurants/hot springs.
  (Walking to the beach takes 35min
  To the next grocery store 20min
  
  Facilities:🛖🚿🪫
  Solar System: Provides power for a freezer and phone charging during the day
  Water Supply:
  A well, water tower, and pump ensure a steady water supply.
  Kitchen Area:
  Equipped with a gas stove for your cooking needs.
  
  You'll have reception, but I don't have wifi.
  
  Requirements: ⏳📃💲
  - Commitment to stay for at least 6 weeks. (for October it could be 2weeks because I need someone starting at the first of October)
  - Order your own drinking water (19liter= 90cordoba=2,5$)
  - Get your own food (I recommend to do a big shopping in rivas)
  
  
  If you are looking for a meaningful volunteer experience where you can connect with nature, learn new skills, and chill without to much trouble arround you, I would love to hear from you!
  
  Also a good tryout for all of you that want to start sustainable living from scratch!

  There is an opportunity to earn extra income by selling cacao and making chocolate. Or just buy cheap ceremonial cacao and get instructions to do Cacao or chocolate for yourself.

  House Care:
  Ensure the house is secure, especially after dark. Be at home every night.
  Tree Maintenance:
  - watering the trees (dependsbof the season)
  - Clear a circle arround the trees
  - Put cowpooh and organic materials on top
  - collect the leaves that are attacked by insects

  Hébergement

  A wooden house with two levels. The second level would be your Bedroom with a stunning view into a fully green hilly landscape of Nicaragua (and a amazing sunrise with rising fog every morning).
  I got a slack line, rings for workouts, a little yoga area, a silk for acro yoga. The toilet is a pretty basic dry toilet. I got running water, a solar system that charges a freezer and some more stuff. Also a gas cooking system.

  There are buses for under 5$ going to Rivas, Nandaime and Managua.
  You can rent a motorbike for 300$ a moth or buy one for about 700$ or less (sell and buy).
  The Beaty of popoyo is definitely the beach and the surf opportunity's.
  But also it's a nice mix between tourism expands and locals. A lot less busy than San Juan del sur or granada.
  Also there are hot water pools and ocean pools in the area. Horseriding on the beach and a few more things.
