  Greetings
  I have a home on Little Corn Island Nicaragua. It is a three bedroom, 2 bath, 2 kitchen home on a fenced 1/2 acre There are two cats that need to be feed daily and the occasional island dog that follows me home at night
  Looking for someone to take care of the animals, keep the house clean and do minor upkeep / repairs as needed while enjoying island life
  I am from Canada and spend 6 months a year on the island as a scuba instructor and six months back in Canada

  Island is only accessible by boat. Diving, snorkeling, fishing,beaches , yoga

  House has internet, filtered water, back up generator

  Keeping house clean

  During the months of May through September the house sitter will have access to the full house
  During the winter months we have an attached two bedroom apartment open for stays when not rented
