  Description

  This house is a cozy hostel in the Atlantic coast between Agadir and Essaouira, Morocco.
  As a small fishing village, Imsouane is known for fresh fish and the surfing vibe since thousands of surfers flock here to make the most of the endless summer and waves.
  At the house, we love meeting new people and sharing the good vibe, delicious food, and unforgettable memories that make us devoted to our work, giving the best to make every guest's stay unique and give the best picture of our region and culture.
  Several types of accommodation are available atthe House, a single bed in a shared room, a double room with bay view
  There is an outdoor terrace where we have breakfast every morning, watching the waves as we go, as well as a comfy wooden cabin where we like to relax, play cards, have dinners and watch movies
  
  we have two locally employed staff in our hostel :

  Aide

  A volunteer at the house lmay take on various tasks to help ensure the smooth operation of the establishment.
  Here's an overview of the main responsibilities :
  
  1. Social Media Management
  -Creating Visual Content: Take photos and create short videos (reels, stories) to showcase the hostel's atmosphere, common areas, organized events, and activities offered.
  Posting and Managing Social Media: Regularly post on the hostel’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), engage with the community, and share relevant updates about services or upcoming events.
  -Engaging with Followers, Respond to comments and direct messages from followers, promote the hostel, and strengthen online engagement.
  
  2.Website Development
  We are currently looking for someone with web design and development skills to help us create a website for the hostel. The website will serve as a platform for managing reservations and providing essential information to travelers. If you have experience in website building, integrating booking systems, and ensuring a user-friendly design, we would love to hear from you!
  
  3. Customer Communication
  Welcoming Guests and Providing Information: Greet travelers upon arrival, answer their questions, and provide all necessary information about the hostel, its services, and local activities. Creating a Friendly Atmosphere to Encourage socializing among guests by creating a welcoming environment and sharing local recommendations.
  
  4. Promoting the Accommodation
  -Representing the Hostel: Help promote the hostel on various online platforms, highlighting its strengths (location, atmosphere, price, services, etc.) to attract potential guests
  -Encouraging Guest Reviews: Invite satisfied guests to leave positive reviews on booking platforms or review sites to improve the hostel's reputation.
  
  5.Household Support (When Needed)
  Volunteers may also be asked to assist with general house chores, such as cleaning common areas or helping with small maintenance tasks, depending on the needs of the hostel.

  As a volunteer, we provide a comfortable and supportive environment to make the most of your experience. In exchange for your time and contributions, you will enjoy the following benefits:

  Bed in a Shared Dormitory: You will be provided with a bed in one of our shared dorm rooms, offering a social and friendly atmosphere. It’s a perfect way to meet fellow travelers and become part of the hostel’s international community.
  
  2. Meals
  Two Meals a Day: We offer two hearty and nutritious meals each day to our volunteers:
  Breakfast: Start your day with a filling breakfast that includes a variety of options like cereals, bread, fruits, spreads, and hot beverages.
  Dinner: After a day of work, enjoy a delicious dinner prepared to nourish you. We strive to offer meals that cater to various dietary needs and provide a great opportunity to bond with fellow volunteers and guests.
  
  3. Surf Equipment (Depending on Availability)
  Free Surf Equipment: For those interested in surfing, we offer the use of surfboards and other surf equipment, subject to availability. Whether you’re a seasoned surfer or a beginner eager to try out the waves, our equipment is available for your enjoyment when not in use by other guests. Please check with us about availability, especially during peak seasons.
