  Description

  We are a German couple who have been living in Spain for 8 years. We bought our house 6 years ago and have been working on it steadily. Now we finally want to go on vacation again in March 2026.
  We are therefore looking for someone, or a couple, who can live in our house during this time and keep an eye on things and, of course, look after and care for the dogs – they are our children after all ;).
  
  Very important here! Only people with good dog experience should get in touch. We have 2 large German Shepherds, and they are quite dominant and need a loving but, above all, firm hand, otherwise it definitely won't work.
  
  You cannot bring your own animals or children, as ours aren't used to it and it causes stress.
  
  We live on a large property, which means you don't have to walk the dogs. They can stay alone for about 6 hours a day, but only outside, not in the house.
  
  We live in a rural area but close to the town of Almuñécar, about 13 minutes by car, and just 6 minutes to the beach.
  
  Anything else will be discussed upon request.
  
  We will provide a room with a private bathroom, and of course the rest of the house and garden, terrace, and pool.
  
  We also provide a car, quad bike, and mountain bike for your free use.
  
  We would be happy if you could do some gardening in our absence, but it's not a must; caring for the dogs and the house is our priority.

  Wir sind ein deutsches Ehepaar das schon seid 8 Jahren in Spanien lebt, unser haus haben wir vor 6 Jahren gekauft und stetig dran gearbeitet, nun wollen wir endlich wieder einmal in den Urlaub fliegen im März 2026.
  Daher suchen wir jemanden, oder ein Paar das in dieser Zeit in unserem haus wohnt und nach dem rechten schaut und natürlich auf die Hunde aufpasst und sie versorgt, es sind ja unsere Kinder ;) .
  
  Hier ganz wichtig !! Es sollten nur wirklich nur Menschen mit Guter Hundeerfahrung sich melden, wir haben 2 grosse deutsche Schäferhunde und die sind schon recht dominant und brauchen eine liebe aber vor allem strenge Hand sonst klappt das definitiv nicht.
  Eigene Tiere oder Kinder können nicht mitgebracht werden, da das unsere nicht gewohnt sind und stress gibt.
  
  Wir leben auf einem grossen Grundstück, das heisst man muss mit den Hunden nicht Spazieren gehen , sie können etwa 6 Stunden am Tag alleine bleiben, aber nur draussen nicht im Haus.
  Wir leben ländlich aber nah an der Stadt Almuñecar, ca 13 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum Strand gerade mal 6 Minuten
  
  Alles weitere dann bei Interesse.
  
  Wir stellen für die Zeit ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad , und natürlich den Rest des Hauses und Garten, Terrasse und Pool.
  Ebenfalls stellen wir ein Auto , Quad und Mountainbike zur freien Verfügung.
  
  Über ein paar kleine Garten arbeiten in unserer Abwesenheit würden wir uns freuen, ist aber kein muss, die Pflege der Hunde und des Hauses steht im Vordergrund.

  We live in nature 400 meters high on the mountain in the beautiful Andalusia at the Costa Tropical exactly between Malaga and Granada which has a lot of culture to offer, the sea and the city of Almunecar are only 10 minutes away.
  It is known white Town Nerja is only 15 minutes away There is a stalactite cave and a large nature reserve for hiking or cycling.
  The city of Granada with the cultural Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada is only 50 minutes away, all easily accessible by car or bus

  Hébergement

  We offer in our large house a private room (Ca20qm) with bathroom, Bed 0.90mx2.00m , Smart TV and WiFi unlimited internet. Also we have a ATV and a small car which you can use to enjoy your free time to go to the beach or town.
  The kitchen can of course be used with and we have a large Terrace Garden and pool at leisure.

  We have a very nice beach promenade with any water sports, mountain biking and road bike riding is very popular here, many nature reserves for hiking as well.
  The big cities Malaga and Granada who have much to offer are only 80km away,There is a bus station in the village where you can drive very cheap
