Description
We are a creative and nature-loving couple living in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, just 25 minutes from Florence.
He is an Italian musician and *tuttofare* (a true all-rounder who can build, fix, and create almost anything), and she is an Egyptian artist and designer inspired by nature, culture, and handmade expression.
We live on a stunning 20-hectare piece of land surrounded by water streams, open fields, and wild beauty. This place is a constant work in progress—part creative sanctuary, part countryside project, and part dream slowly taking shape. We’re close to the city, but once inside the property, it’s pure, untouched nature—no trace of civilization, and easy to forget how near it really is.
If you enjoy outdoor living, starry skies, and waking up to birds and fresh air, you’ll feel at home here.

Hébergement
Our land is ideal for those who love nature and simple living. While we currently don’t have indoor accommodation for guests, we warmly welcome:
* Tents
* Campers / vans
* Roulottes
* Motorhomes
If you are arriving with a motorized vehicle, access depends on the size and type of the vehicle. The center of our property is located at 450 meters above sea level, and the final stretch includes about 1 km of unpaved road.
Larger vehicles or trucks can park in the lower part of the property. Smaller vehicles that can handle the dirt road can reach higher areas, where there are additional parking options.
If you are bringing your own tent, we offer several beautiful camping spots across the land. You can choose the setting you prefer—by the creek, on top of a hill, or immersed in the woods.
If you do not have a tent, we can provide a large and comfortable tent, and you are free to choose where you would like it to be set up. -if you dont have your sleeping bag we can provide sheets and blankets or a sleeping bag-
When possible, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be shared meals. We usually have a mixed Italian-style breakfast: coffee and/or tea with pastries or cereals, bread with jam and/or peanut butter. Eggs can also be prepared if someone prefers.
Lunch is typically pasta, with the sauce varying each day. Dinner generally includes vegetables, beans or lentils, eggs, and of course bread.
We only consume meat that we produce or hunt ourselves (in full compliance with legal regulations on our land). We raise some poultry, and when meat is available, it is usually served at dinner—typically chicken, pheasant, wild boar, or deer. We cannot guarantee that meat will always be available, as this depends on the season and availability.
If on any occasion we are unable to share a meal, the same ingredients will be provided for everyone to prepare their own food.
Autres infos...
Our area offers a lot: set in the hills at the foot of the Apennines, we’re less than 30 minutes from the center of Florence. Lake Bilancino is just 20 minutes away, and one can find some of the best Tuscan food and many other activities in the Mugello region nearby.

Possibilité d’accueillir les digital nomads
We don’t have Wi-Fi, but there is good mobile coverage across most of the property from all major carriers. Guests can access the internet using their own phones.

Espace pour garer des vans
The property is extensive, with several possible spots for campers to stay. The best option can also depend on the length of the visit. There are a few flat areas already prepared for camping, but the land is full of beautiful locations that, with minimal setup, could easily become exceptional camping spots.

Possibilité d'accueillir les animaux
There is a 3-hectare fenced area where most activities take place. Inside this space, we can only accept animals that get along well with the ones already living there. Ideally, this includes herbivores, cats, or birds (as we already have several). If bringing a dog, it should be a smaller male than ours, or an exceptionally well-behaved female—our female dog is very territorial. Our dogs are there to protect the land, and within the fenced area, they strictly enforce their boundaries. Outside of the fenced area, however, the property is large enough to accommodate almost any type of pet. Any dog would be welcome there, as our dogs cannot leave the 3-hectare enclosure.

Mugellese breed chickens (11 mois)
We raise Mugellese chickens in a truly free-range—almost wild—environment. This traditional breed is native to our region and notably smaller than standard chickens, typically about half the size or less. Agile and capable fliers, they behave much like wild birds. Their eggs are proportionally smaller as well, usually around three-quarters the size of a typical chicken egg.
Deva (4 ans)
A white female shepherd, strong, alert, and always on patrol. She loves to eat and sleep, and has zero tolerance for wild boars.
Both of our dogs are highly trained Maremmano Shepherds, traditionally used to deter wildlife intrusion. Despite their working background, they are extremely sociable and very accustomed to human company.
Because this breed is naturally wary of strangers, we begin with a brief introduction together. Once they meet you in our presence, they quickly recognize you as a “new member of the family” and will naturally show their affectionate and playful nature.Orus (4 ans)
A big black shepherd—gentle and watchful, fierce when it must be. With the family, it’s a goofy, soft-hearted pup; with intruding wildlife, it becomes a silent, precise, and formidable protector.
