  Description

  Hi there! We are Audrey and Cristian, a friendly couple living in the beautiful region of South of France.
  
  We love meeting new people and exchanging cultures, but right now we have a specific goal: we want to practice and improve our English (or German)!
  
  Don't worry, we are NOT looking for 5-hour intense grammar bootcamps or nonstop lectures — unless we both want our brains to melt! 🧠💥 Instead, we prefer a natural, relaxed language exchange integrated into daily life.
  What the Experience Looks Like:
  
  We’re looking for native or fluent English or German speakers to share casual moments with us:
  
  ☕ Chatting over breakfast, lunch, or a coffee.
  
  🍷 Unwinding in the evening with a nice glass of French wine.
  
  🚶 Going for a walk, exploring around, or casually helping out with small everyday tasks while chatting.
  
  
  Outside of these shared moments, your time is completely your own! You'll have plenty of free time to relax, work on your personal projects, or travel around and discover the amazing sights, towns, and landscapes of France.
  
  What We Offer in Return:
  
  In exchange for helping us practice English or German, we offer:
  
  🗣️ Language Exchange: We are native speakers of French and Spanish, so we can happily help you practice or learn either (or both!) of these languages.

  Hébergement

  Accommodation Details:
  
  You will have your own private room in our shared home, equipped with:
  
  - A comfortable bed with all necessary bed linen provided.
  
  - A dedicated desk, lighting, power sockets, and a small window.
  
  
  Shared Spaces & Amenities:
  
  - Access to the common areas: shared bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen (you are welcome to store food and cook your own meals), and a small interior patio during summer.
  
  - Wi-Fi connection.
  
  - Climate Control: Automatic central heating during winter and a cooling fan for summer (no air conditioning currently).
  
  
  Important House Rules & Pet Information:
  
  🐱 We have 3 lovely cats! You will be living with three friendly felines, so this space is not suitable for anyone with cat allergies.
  
  🚪 Cat Safety: Please be very mindful when opening/closing main doors or windows so the cats don't escape or fall.
  
  🚭 Strictly Non-Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house and on the property. We prefer non-smoking guests.

  Mimi

  Mimi is a very sweet and affectionate cat. She loves to play and eat, but most of all, she loves always being close to her beloved mistress.

  

  Fluffy

  Fluffy is a chubby, delightfully lazy guy whose life revolves around eating and sleeping! Rescued from the streets, he used to be very timid and wouldn't let anyone touch him. After years of patience and lots of love, he has completely embraced human affection. Now he absolutely adores pets, cuddle time, and is a total peace-lover who just wants to live in harmony with everyone. ❤️

  

  Zoe

  Zoe is the undisputed princess of the house! She is a bit skittish, prefers her own space, and doesn't get along very well with Mimi (our other cat). She enjoys pets, but strictly on her terms — twice is perfect, but the third one might earn you a gentle bite! 😅 Since she’s had a tough past, she’s fully spoiled and allowed to do whatever she wants here.
