  Description

  (EN) We are a retired couple aged 61 and 63. Claudia former science teacher, Guido former biomedical engineer. Our children have been living abroad for years. We speak moderately English and understand French and Spanish. We have traveled a lot and love to do it whenever possible. We love animals and have a dog and a cat. Our property, located at an altitude of 700 meters in a forest of about 7 hectares, is an ancient farmhouse from the 1400s made up of three residential units. We have renovated it trying to make it as comfortable as possible and with the lowest possible environmental impact. It is equipped with both an electric and thermal solar system and for heating we only use renewable energy, all designed by us. We have a large park with swimming pool and pond, there are two orchards and all the fruit is available to our guests to make jams or simply eat directly from the tree.
  
  (IT) Siamo una coppia in pensione di 61 e 63 anni. Claudia ex insegnante di scienze, Guido ex ingegnere biomedico. I nostri figli vivono all'estero da anni. Parliamo discretamente inglese e capiamo il francese e lo spagnolo. Abbiamo viaggiato tanto e amiamo farlo appena possibile.
  Amiamo gli animali e abbiamo un cane ed un gatto.
  La struttura di nostra proprietà situata a 700 metri di altezza in un bosco di circa 7 ettari, è un antico casale del 1400 composto da tre unità abitative. Lo abbiamo ristrutturato cercando di renderlo il più confortevole possibile e con il più basso impatto ambientale possibile. E' dotato di impianto solare sia elettrico che termico e per il riscaldamento usiamo solo energia rinnovabile, tutto progettato da noi.
  Disponiamo di un grande parco con piscina e laghetto, vi sono due frutteti e tutta la frutta è a disposizione dei nostri ospiti per fare marmellate o semplicemente mangiarla direttamente dalla pianta.

  (EN) We can transfer our knowledge in cooking and natural food, local cuisine, making pizza and bread at home, knowledge of herbs, food and health plants. Learn to recognize the stars and planets with the use of telescopes, practice sports such as swimming in the swimming pool of the property, archery, mountain biking, trekking in the woods.
  
  (IT) Possiamo trasferire le nostre conoscenze in cucina e alimentazione naturale, cucina locale , fare la pizza e il pane in casa, conoscenza delle erbe delle piante alimentari e per la salute. Imparare a riconoscere le stelle e i pianeti con uso di telescopi, , praticare sport come il nuoto nella piscina di proprietà, tiro con l'arco, mountainbike, trekking nel bosco.

  (EN) Guests can stay in our farmhouse in the middle of the woods, in absolute relaxation in an ancient house from the 1400s, renovated with every modern comfort. We offer one or more rooms with double bed and private bathroom with shower, bed linen and towels. We offer continental breakfast, lunch and dinner based on local products.
  
  (IT) Gli ospiti potranno soggiornare nel nostro casale in mezzo al bosco, nel relax più assoluto in un' antica abitazione del 1400, ristrutturata con ogni moderno confort. Offriamo una o più camere con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con doccia, biancheria per letto e per bagno,
  Offriamo colazione continentale, pranzo e cena a base di prodotti locali.

  (EN) During their free time they can use the swimming pool, go for walks in the woods, use the bikes, watch movies or listen to music, or simply relax in the peace that surrounds us. Public transport is not advisable due to the distances to be covered on foot, so we are available free of charge for pick up at the train station or Bologna airport. The main local attractions are walks, the nearest village is Zocca about 6 km. If you have a car, Florence is 2 hours away by car and there are other cities within a radius of 40 km to visit. My wife and I are a retired couple who love to live simply and in contact with nature, we enjoy reading and everything related to sharing knowledge.
  
  (IT) Durante il tempo libero possono usare la piscina, fare passeggiate nel bosco, usare le bici, guardare film o ascoltare musica, o semplicemente rilassarsi nella pace che ci circonda.
  I mezzi di trasporto pubblici non sono consigliabili per le distanze da coprire a piedi, per cui ci rendiamo disponibili gratuitamente al pick up presso la stazione dei treni o l' aeroporto di Bologna.
  Le principali attrazioni locali sono passeggiate, il paese più vicino è Zocca circa 6 km. Se si possiede l'auto Firenze è a 2 ore di auto e vi sono altre città nel raggio di 40 km da visitare.
  Io e mia moglie siamo una coppia in pensione che ama vivere in modo semplice e a contatto con la natura, ci piace la lettura e tutto ciò che riguarda condivisione delle conoscenze.
