Description
Hello, my name is Ruth, living in Germany, near the netherlands border (near Emmerich). We live on the area of a former farm - old house, big garden in a village. I live here with my old mother (82), my daughter is sometimes here and most times in another town to study (she did workaway this year and so I thought about being a host), sometimes other family members join us for a while. I‘m an architect. I like gardening, sometimes painting and sailing. I always like to learn new things and make new experiences.

You can join our family life and get in contact with people here or use this place to visit other places and small towns nearby or towns arround here (Düsseldorf, Ruhrgebiet, Arnheim, Cologne etc). Neatherlands are not far. Have a good time at the countryside
Its a bicycle-area, you can usw ours. In summer its possible to swim outside in a little sea.

I’m looking for help in the garden, in the house in general: cooking, spend time with grandma, tydying the attic, painting something and things like that.
It depends on your skills. Work will be simple and guided.

We have Internet connection in our house with wifi and in my architect office - 2 kilometres away - there is a second internet/wifi connection and the possibility to use hardware if needed (printing, scanning)

the tasks are not difficult to accomplish, and she makes fresh coffee for is everyday, wich is a great opportunity to chat and learn things from the culture.

Daniel is a nice guy, helped in the garden and the house, always friendly, helpful. I enjoyed the time, besides the help in the house it was an enrichment to have him as a guest.
