Description
Dear volunteer,
Welcome. We are a local travel company and tourist camp specializing in adventure trips in Mongolia.
Our Camp is located at the Orkhon valley, world heritage of UNESCO, surrounded by beautiful spots. The camp is only 7 km away from the waterfall, 35 km away from Tuvkhun Monastery, 50 km away from the Parc Eight Lakes and 104 km away from Karakorum.
We are open from May to September. We have 20 equipped yurt than can feat around 60 people at most. We also have a restaurant to provide food for our guest who is staying with us.
Complimentary to our camp we offer tour for tourist who wants to visit the area.
The volunteers will share a yurt inside our camp.
Due to the distance of our camp from the nearest city the minimum stay is one week and up to more than one month.Types d'aide et opportunités d'apprendre

To compensate your help we will offer you free accommodation and meal as well as the free use of the equipment and facilities in our camp.
You will also experience the typical Mongolian lifestyle and learn a lot about the Mongolian tradition and culture and the language.
The area by itself is stunning and you will be able on your free day to enjoy waterfall, rafting, river, horse riding, hiking or you can just relax and enjoy at our camp.Aide
We have many different tasks that can be suitable to all profile.
Construction and Gardening (from April to July)
We need help to organize the camp in prior to host tourist for the peak season. We are currently expanding and want to make this camp as much sustainable as possible. Greenhouse, dry toilet, yurt, solar panel..... We have plenty of projects to be done in our camp and please feel free during you stay to share your expertise in building/design and any other idea that could make us more sustainable.
Services to guests (from May to September)
We are also looking for volunteer to help us with the guest. The tasks are multifunctional and included welcoming guest, driving them, guide, cleaning.
Environmental Cleanups (May, June, July, August)
We have a social and environmental commitment towards the people and region we are located. Based on our partnership with a French NGO we have many projects including environmental cleanup of the area as well as awareness session about the ecological impact towards the locals.
We also have created class and formation for the locals to learn more about the hospitality industry and services in order to help them build competences.
We also have English class is you are willing to help with that.

We are located at the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Orkhon Valley. If you want to come the best way will be to take a bus from Ulaanbaatar to Bat Ulzii and we can come pick you up there.

My mate and I stayed with Jermery at the camp for around 2 weeks. The work was hard (we arrived in hole digging season) but we learnt a lot and had a lot of fun. Setting up gers and installing solar water heaters was my personal favourites.
