  I am developing a project that involves hosting guests and providing food on my property located in the mountains of Ubaté, Colombia. We aim to offer visitors the opportunity to experience peace, connect with nature, and explore the area's tourist attractions. Everyone is welcome, with a special focus on welcoming vegans.

  We speak spanish, but I love English language and always appreciate the chance to practice with foreigns. We are from Bogotá but we can introduce the workawayers to the local culture of this part of the country

  Aide

  I'm seeking assistance with various land preparation tasks. These include:
  
  Rock removal: Clearing the area of rocks, particularly the smaller ones (0-15 kg) that need to be manually collected and relocated.
  Landscaping: Planting hedges and other vegetation to enhance the property.
  Fencing: Constructing fences to define boundaries and create enclosures.
  Gardening: Building planters for cultivating plants.
  Irrigation: Installing an irrigation system to efficiently water the property.
  Construction: Assembling tiny houses.
  
  I am currently doing most of the work myself, with the help of my sister. We contract out some of the specialized and heavy tasks to local experts but the simpler manual work is done by us and will continue to be done alongside with those who wish to help us.

  We are vegans, and we ask our visitors to respect this lifestyle while on the farm by avoiding the consumption of products that involve cruelty to innocent creatures. Outside the farm, it is up to each individual to make their own choices. The area is particularly interesting because Ubaté is the province's capital and is surrounded by many tourist attractions. It is also close to Bogotá, offering a variety of activities and plans to suit all tastes and budgets.

  Somos veganos y queremos que nuestros visitantes respeten ese estilo de vida dentro de la finca evitando consumir productos provenientes de la crueldad con inocentes. Fuera de la finca es decisión de cada quien. La zona es interesante porque Ubaté es cabecera provincial y está rodeada de muchos sitios turísticos. Además está cerca de Bogotá, de manera que hay planes para todos los gustos y presupuestos

  Espace pour garer des vans

  La finca tiene espacio para camping y autocaravanas. Podemos compartir agua y electricidad solo en el espacio contiguo a la casa. No usamos fosas sépticas. En vez de eso usamos baños secos. Practicamos el pre-ciclaje, es decir que no traemos a la montaña nada que no sepamos como disponer adecuadamente después (principalmente evitamos enlatados, tetrapack y poliestireno expandido). Las basuras se clasifican estrictamente en: - Plásticos: que son llevados a una planta de procesamiento - Papeles y cartones: para hacer biochar - Restos de comida limpia: Para los perros - Restos de cocina (cascaras y otros crudos) : Para bovinos y algunos para las lombrices - El papel higiénico usado se arroja en bolsas biodegradables (sólo papel higienico) y se compostan en la finca.

  Aceptamos mascotas dóciles que no se peleen con nuestros perros. Es mejor evitar mascotas que sean presas (conejos, hurones, etc) porque podrían morir.
