Description
Hello we live here in Portugal, two children and 3 dogs .. a sunny mountain location surrounded by countryside and beauty. Currently renovating our annex.

We are a British family living in Portugal (lived here for 14 years) .. we have a great network within both nationalities. We enjoy getting out and about and exploring this beautiful country.

we've recently moved house.. renovated, extended .. a big project. We are now left with the painting of the main house and also trying to complete the annex and could really do with some help. I live with my two children 9 and 17 year old and 3 dogs ... We live countryside, central portugal but very close to city of Coimbra and Lousa ... we enjoy very much to cook, we have an organic vegetable garden and love to socialise .. walk dogs, swim in the local river beaches ... projects would include helping with the interior of the house, general tasks or helping with the interior of the annex, carpentry works, tiling, painting and general building works. 4 weeks would be perfect. We can offer food and a room in the main house (if you have no camper that is) Looking forward to hearing from you! Kind regards Rita

There is a bus service from village, Coimbra is a city that is a 20 minute drive away. We have closer market towns just a 10 minute drive away. River beaches of casal de ermio are also just a 5minute drive. Bicycles are available. The nearest coast is Praia do Cabedelo (55 minute drive) we like to go here quite regularly .. great for surfers!!
