  We are a nascent reality, which is starting a project of sustainable and responsible social life, with the desire to create a retreat with courses dedicated to the care of the soul.
  We are a magical place between earth and sky in the midst of uncontaminated nature, at the top of the fairytale Val Capriasca in the places of the Gola di Lago peat bog, at a thousand meters above sea level.
  Above the valley with an open view stand typical ancient rustic mountain pastures. Pure air in an oasis of breath and tranquility just a few minutes from the city of Lugano.
  The water used comes from a very good spring source owned by us.
  The products used in the kitchen are zero kilometer, thanks to the cultivation of an organic garden, the countless wild herbs, the resources of the territory and the many farms in the area.
  In this retreat, where you can rest and eat healthily, the living spaces are shared with the artistic personalities who animate the house and make this reality come alive.
  The days are animated by daily activities, care of the garden and spaces, wood supply, cooking, art, silence and music.
  During the year, following the rhythms of the seasons, spiritual research and personal growth activities, themed retreats, seminars, ancient craft activities linked to the territory also take place.
  Our mother tongue is Italian, but we can welcome you in English, French, Spanish, Chinese.
  We are working on the definition of the project for the foundation of the center, the cultural activity and the creation of the biodynamic agricultural area.
  The structure is surrounded by woods and paths and has its own water source, the heating is fueled by wood, one of the main jobs to be fueled.
  We have a variety of tasks to offer including gardening and cleaning the forest, assistance with renovations, general maintenance, artistic projects, cleaning or cooking, there is a lot to do!
  We eat together, sharing a good and healthy meal is a nice moment to relax.
  We like to cook for you, but we also like it when you surprise us with your specialties.
  Even though we are in a rural area, there is a good mix of culture and activities to meet and interact with locals or other travelers.
  We love meeting people and inviting others to enjoy this corner of the mountains that we have decided to call home.
  For those who do not have means of transport, we are happy to accompany you by car to the nearby lakes, villages or by public transport for trips to Lugano, Milan, Como, etc.
  We await you hoping for fruitful meetings that can be extraordinary moments but also lasting relationships.

  Siamo una realtà nascente, che sta avviando un progetto di vita sostenibile e responsabile, con il desiderio di creare un luogo di ritiro con corsi dediti alla cura dell’anima.
  Siamo un luogo magico tra terra e cielo in mezzo alla natura incontaminata, in cima alla fiabesca Val Capriasca nei luoghi della torbiera di Gola di Lago, a mille metri di quota.
  Sopra la vallata con aperta vista sorgono tipici antichi rustici d’alpeggio. Aria pura in un’oasi di respiro e tranquillità a pochi minuti dalla città di Lugano.
  L’acqua utilizzata proviene da una buonissima fonte sorgiva di proprietà.
  I prodotti utilizzati in cucina sono chilometro zero, grazie alla coltivazione di un orto biologico, alle innumerevoli erbe selvatiche, alle risorse del territorio e alle tante aziende agricole della zona.
  In questo luogo di ritiro, dove riposarsi e nutrirsi in modo sano, gli spazi living sono condivisi con le personalità artistiche che animano la casa e rendono viva questa realtà .
  Le giornate sono animate da attività quotidiane, cura dell’orto e degli spazi, approvvigionamento legna, cucina, arte, silenzio e musica.
  Durante l’anno, seguendo i ritmi delle stagioni, si svolgono inoltre attività di ricerca spirituale e crescita personale, ritiri a tema, seminari, attività di artigianato antico legato al territorio.
  La nostra lingua madre è l'italiano, ma possiamo accogliervi in ​​inglese, francese, spagnolo, cinese.
  Stiamo lavorando alla definizione del progetto di fondazione del centro, dell’attività culturale e della creazione dell’area agricola biodinamica.
  La struttura è circondata da boschi e sentieri e dispone di una propria sorgente d’acqua, il riscaldamento ü alimentato a legna, uno dei lavori principali da alimentare.
  Abbiamo una varietà di compiti da offrire tra cui giardinaggio e pulizia del bosco, assistenza nelle ristrutturazioni, manutenzione generale, progetti artistici, pulizia o cucina, c'è molto da fare!
  Si mangia insieme, condividere un pasto buono e sano è un bel momento per rilassarsi.
  Ci piace cucinare per voi, ma ci piace anche quando ci sorprendete con le vostre specialità.
  Anche se siamo in una zona rurale, c'è un buon mix di cultura e attività per incontrare e interagire con la gente del posto o altri viaggiatori.
  Amiamo incontrare persone e invitare gli altri a godersi questo angolo di montagna che abbiamo deciso di chiamare casa.
  Per chi non dispone di mezzi di trasporto, siamo lieti di accompagnarvi in ​​auto nei vicini laghi, paesi o con mezzi pubblici per gite a Lugano, Milano, Como, ecc.
  Vi aspettiamo sperando in fruttuosi incontri che possano essere momenti straordinari ma anche durature relazioni.

  If you come with your camper/caravan, know that only with 4x4 vehicles you can reach the structure.
  We will host you in a stone house, with all the comforts of a normal house, and in addition stove and fireplaces like a real mountain cottage.

  We cook Italian food, mostly vegetarian, (but we are not extremists) we are open to enjoying your traditional dishes, simply feel at home!

  Cuciniamo cibo italiano, per la maggior parte vegetariano, (ma non siamo estremisti) siamo aperti a gustare i tuoi piatti tradizionali, sentiti semplicemente a casa!
