Description
I am a young 57year old woman with a big old house close to Fremantle. One child out of home . The other 25 autistic musician year son still here not much help to me. He keeps night hours and rarely seen. We are all well travelled, understand other cultures.
I am a visual artist textiles wearable art costume and hairdresser. I am at work most days . Not a lot of time for socialising tbh but can help where needed. So self contained person or couple is what suits atm.
Main request at this time is deep cleaning , renovation . dog walks . And everyday domestic assistance. vegetarian cooking preferred. Is you have experience with painting, tuck pointing, wood working, gutter installation you are in ! Prefer 25 years plus.
Work On your own timetable. The rest of the time go exploring Fremantle and Perth city.
My home is old character close to transport. 7 mins bus to Fremantle. 10 minutes drive to beach. We are fairly relaxed with some veggie beds, compost.etc. Sustainability minded. Large poodle included. Must be a dog lover. Lots of parks and river nearby. Walking distance to Bicton baths. For river sunset swimming and fishing.Very close to shops, cafes, post office, bars, restaurants and much more. I am a decent cook or make your own in a large kitchen. Share bathroom. Own large room. With queen bed. I do not guarantee long stays automatically Let’s see how we go for a week and take it from there. Most workawayers have left in their own time. Currently a seperate apartment available
My partner is open to employing workers with mechanical, engineering, electrical experience. His main business is scrap metal. Help with Mostly deconstructing cars . Fix some. Pick them up etc. good boss and pay for the right people. Experience with trucks, forklift excavator advantage but not necessary.

Room in house. Queen bed . Wifi. Share kitchen and living room. I hardly use the living room, so plenty of private space if you prefer or spend time if you like. We are use to having guests around, pretty relaxed.

Historical Fremantle is the big draw card. And river and beach easy access to freo via bus or walking. We have bicycles. Car may be possible . Upmarket suburb. We have had many lodgers and air bnb, and 3 workaways so familiar with sharing. We are well travelled so get differences.
