Our food is vegetarian and vegan. The typical Nepali dish, dal bath, is part of our daily life, although on the weekend we make other types of food such as homemade vegetarian burgers, soups, sauces, pates and all kinds of homemade recipes. The diet is based on vegetables, legumes, nuts and seasonal and organic fruit.
