  AT THE MOMENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A VOLUNTEER, COMING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
  
  I have run a hostel and private rooms for the last 19 years in the heart of Dubrovnik's historic Old Town. I pride myself on welcoming guests into my home and giving them and authentic Dubrovnik experience in a prime location. You have access to the beautiful old town, amazing swimming spots, local tours and picturesque sunsets over the horizon of the Adriatic. We are a family run hostel and aim to welcome our guests as extensions of this family.

  Your role will also be to help create a homely, fun environment for our guests - regularly spending nights with them in our cosy common room and helping them with anything they need.
  You will become a part of my family home that is the hostel and we will have a chance to enjoy a drink and some locals rakija together.
  
  I have regularly hosted people and enjoy getting to know them and sharing my love of Dubrovnik with them.

  Aide

  The position's main responsibility is handling the reception duties of the hostel - welcoming guests, explaining them what Dubrovnik has to offer and promoting tours we have deals with (opportunities for you to earn commissions on tours you book). You also have basic cleaning responsibilities in the common areas and there is always laundry to help out with if you are available.
  
  Workawayers are paid minimum wage in line with the policy.
