  Description

  My husband and I are two seniors and a small dog living in a rural setting. We live on 6 acres in a beautiful valley with near by lakes, rivers, mountains and skiing. There are lots of hiking opportunities in our area. We have a self contained one bedroom suite with a full kitchen with its own entrance and patio for accommodation. The closest very small town is a 10 minute drive away and a larger centre is 20 minutes away. International drivers licence required. Could provide access to a vehicle for local use.
  This work away would be best suited to outdoor adventurers and those who enjoy a quiet, rural life. There is very little night life but we have a lot to offer in our area for hiking, world class mountain biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, skiing, snowshoeing, swimming, and camping. We have a community farmers market and local festivals, theatre companies, and music, particularly in summer. Winter adventures available locally include a 45 minute drive to a world class ski resort, and 20 minute drive to excellent cross country Nordic skiing.

  We could use help in keeping our house and property maintained. Yard help, house cleaning, running errands, snow removal and small household repairs are things we could use help with. Possible help driving to appointments. Grocery shopping, and occasional cooking if needed.

  Fully private one bedroom suite with its own kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Separate entrance with patio and stunning view of the valley and mountains. We will stock your kitchen with groceries, please let us know your preferences and allergies ahead of time. We would welcome you to share an occasional dinner with us if arranged ahead of time.
