La Hacienda ubicada a unos 15 kilómetros del centro de la ciudad de Cusco, Perú, es una joya arquitectónica y cultural que ofrece una experiencia única para los visitantes. Rodeada de un impresionante entorno natural, la hacienda encarna la rica historia de la época de la colonia española y la belleza del valle sur, parte integrante también del valle sagrado de los incas. Su ubicación estratégica, muy cercana a la ciudad del Cusco, a solo 15 km o 45 minutos en autobús de servicio urbano, junto con su arquitectura colonial bien conservada, la convierten en un destino turístico encantador y fascinante. We are a traditional family from Cusco, we offer a cultural exchange within the Peruvian Andean traditions, we consider that we have a very good Spanish and we want to teach it to our guests.
We live very close to the city but in a quiet area with good weather all year round.

Hébergement
We offer a private room for the volunteer and access to a shared kitchen. We provide breakfast on work days, and the kitchen is available for the volunteer to use at any time during their stay.

• JHIMI – GARDENING & MAINTENANCE: Takes care of the gardens, outdoor areas, and basic repairs.

Cuchita (2 ans)
Cucha is our beloved Romano-colored cat at the hacienda. She is playful and a little mischievous, but also incredibly responsible — she protects the house from pericotes, mice, and rats, and takes her job very seriously. Everyone here loves her for her sweet personality and good manners.
She is fully vaccinated and very well-behaved. Although she enjoys exploring every corner of the hacienda, she is not allowed to enter the bedrooms, and she respects that rule.
Cucha is truly part of our team and of the spirit of Hacienda Canopata.

It is a beautiful property located just outside Saylla. We worked in the morning for 5 hours and were given lunch on days we helped from an amazing restaurant at the bottom of the street. There were lots of upkeep tasks and we would clean and prepare the property for events. It was such a lovely experience… read more
