  Hello, I would like to welcome you to spend time with me and my dog Aron in the beautiful Italian mountains in exchange for a little help. I live in the middle of the Stilfserjoch nationalpark and run as a hobby a small farm with young cattle and suckler cows.
  
  I live in a house, right on the Stilf Bridge and with just a few steps you can see the Ortler. Directly in front of my house is the bus, from which you can not only get to Merano quite easily with a change, but also even deeper into the mountains.
  
  The help is often a bit different, but usually not too difficult. Depending on the season, these are different. Helping with the cows is not expected.
  
  You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. We will eat together as much as possible on the weekend, during the week you would have to take care of your own lunch, since I am on the road as a truck driver and am only there in the evening.

  Hallo, ich würde euch gerne Willkommen heißen, um mit mir und meinem Hund Aron Zeit in den wunderschönen italienischen Bergen im Austausch für ein bisschen Hilfe zu verbringen. Ich wohne in Mitten des Stilfserjochnationalpark und betreibe als Hobby einen kleinen Bauernhof mit Jungrindern und Mutterkuhhaltung.
  Ich lebe in einem Haus, direkt an der Stilfser Brücke und mit nur ein paar Schritten kann man den Ortler sehen. Direkt vor meinem Haus fährt der Bus, von dem man nicht nur mit umsteigen recht einfach nach Meran kommt, sondern auch noch tiefer in die Berge hinein.
  Die Arbeit ist oft bisschen unterschiedlich, aber meist nicht allzu schwer. Ne nach Jahreszeit fallen diese Unterschiedlich aus. Das Arbeiten mit den Kühen ist keine Pflicht.
  Du wirst dein eigenes Schlafzimmer und eigene Bad haben. Essen werden wir am Wochenende so weit wie möglich zusammen, unter der Woche müsstest du dich um dein eigenes Mittagessen kümmern, da ich als LKW Fahrer unterwegs bin und nur abends da bin.

  There is a lot to discover here in the Alps. Especially sporting activities abound here. There are many beautiful hiking trails and via ferratas. Places like Sulden are quite pleasant to reach by bus and from there you can go hiking or use the mountain railways. In my valley flows a river, next to which is also a cycle path. From there you can reach the picturesque Vinschgau. From here you can reach Merano, Lake Reschen and many other beautiful places by bike or comfortably by bus and train.
  
  You are invited to eat with me and enjoy many South Tyrolean specialties such as homemade bacon, cheese and other delicacies.
  
  I would also appreciate it very much if we could exchange culturally and learn from each other and learn about culture, tradition and Food. We're happy to spend time together, talk, or go on short trips. You're also welcome to take time for yourself and explore the area.

  Hier in den Alpen gibt es viel zu entdecken. Vor allem sportliche Aktivitäten sind hier zuhauf vorhanden. Es gibt viele schöne Wanderwege und Klettersteige. Orte wie Sulden sind recht angenehm mit dem Bus zu erreichen und von dort aus kann man dann loswandern, oder auch die Bergbahnen benutzen. In meinem Tal fließt ein Fluss, neben dem auch ein Radweg ist. Von da aus erreicht man dann das malerische Vinschgau. Von hier aus lässt sich per Fahrrad, oder auch bequem per Bus und Bahn Meran, der Reschensee und viele andere schöne Orte erreichen.
  
  Du bis eingeladen mit mir zu essen und viele Südtiroler Spezialitäten wie hausgemachten Speck, Käse und andere Köstlichkeiten zu genießen.
  Ich würde es auch sehr schätzen, wenn wir uns kulturell austauschen können und voneinander lernen könnten, wie Bräuche, Gewohnheiten und Küche. Wir können sehr gerne Zeit miteinander verbringen, reden oder kleine Ausflüge machen. Du darfst aber auch Zeit für dich haben und die Gegend erkunden.

  Aide

  Most of the help isn't too difficult and often varies. Depending on the season, it might involve stacking some wood, bringing in hay, or a bit of gardening. If you don't feel comfortable with the tasks, we can always work out what you prefer, as the most important thing is that you enjoy your time and aren't forced into anything.

  Die meisten Arbeiten sind nicht allzu schwer und variieren oft. Je nach Jahreszeit kann es ein bisschen Gartenarbeit, Holz stapeln oder Heu reinholen sein. Wenn dir die Arbeit unangenehm ist, können wir immer nach etwas suchen, was dir Spaß macht, da das wichtigste ist, dass du eine schöne Zeit hast und zu nichts gezwungen wirst.

  You will have your own room and bathroom. Washing machine is freely available and we share the kitchen and the living room.

  For leisure activities there are cycling tours, mountain tours with bus and train connections, swimming, there are some railways,museums and a lot of alpine culture to discover like small villages, chappels, castles and of course the beautiful nature. If you have questions, I will gladly answer them.

  Für die Freizeit gibt's Radtouren ,Bergturen mit Bus und Zugverbindung Schwimmen, es gibt auch Bergbahnen, Museen und die tolle alpine Kultur zu entdecken, wie zum Beispiel viele malerische Orte, Kappeln, Schlösser und Burgen und natürlich die atemberaubende Schönheit der Alpen.
