Description

We are pheasant, partridge and duck rearers based on the North York Moors. Once reared we deliver birds all over UK.
We pride ourselves on good work conditions lots of laughs main skill you need is to shut a door everything else I can teach you. Every day theres something new to do.
Accommodation; you can stay at the house or there is a caravan on the field if you prefer. If you have a full drivers licence a vehicle may also be available if required .
Mostly you will be working with my wife and I - we will never ask you to do any job that we will not do ourselves.

We want people who want to learn new skills are not afraid of birds and can close a door most important skill of all.
People to help rear chicks from new born to 7 weeks. This includes setting up drinkers, heaters and maintaining good animal husbandary while having a laugh. Some light building repair work may also be required due to weather impact.
Must also like dogs.

You can either stay with us in the house or there is a caravan on rearing field if you prefer. No smoking in the house.
You can eat with us or make your own if you prefer .There is a Pub in the village and take aways 3 miles away.

Local sights include North York Moors National Park, York, Whitby and Scarborough. Steam railway 7 miles away York is 30 miles away .We have bicycles if you want to explore the countryside and moorland.
