  Description

  Hi, we are Helmut and Claudia,
  living in a very rural surrounding with our 3 horses, 2 cats and a dog. At the moment we are working on a small neighborhood housing project. We can always use some help with cooking, gardening, general maintenance and assistance in wood constructions. The region we live in is ideal for people who like it quiet, hiking, cycling, outdoor activities. We love to meet new people and communicate, and bring the world into our house. If we have the time we also enjoy to make little trips to the mountains, cities or events in the region with our helping hands. On our property lives at the moment also one friend of us Anja with her cat.
  You will have a room in the ground floor of our house with your own shower and toilet.

  As mentioned we enjoy to show our visitors the surrounding area, if our time allows it, also depending on their interest.
  We like to learn about other lifestyles, cultures, habits and like to share our lives with other people.
  We meditate regularly and you are welcome to join us. Also we can do an exercise, called the morning wind together in the morning.
  If you love animals you will love it here.
  We are also willing to assist you in learning German if this is what you are looking for, and are happy to practice our language skills with you. (English / some Spanish)
  We are connected with public transport to the next smaller and bigger towns on a regular basis, so you can also explore them yourself and you can take a bicycle to explore the surrounding villages and landscape.

  Aide

  The tasks you may help us are depending on your skills and also what you are willing to try or learn. Most tasks we will work together with you but we are also happy if someone wants to take some responsibility and help independently.
  
  
  Gardening tasks, cutting bushes, mowing.
  Tasks around the house.
  Cooking, we eat organic food, mostly vegetarian, can also eat vegan. Very rarely meat. Meat lovers will have to cook for themselves now and then.
  Taking care of the animals - walking the dog, feeding the cats…..

  Hébergement

  You will have your own room with a separate shower and toilet. The bathroom you usually don‘t have to share with someone. We are very proud of it because it is brand new but not totally finished yet. We normally take only one workawayer at a time. Rarely couples or two friends. You will also have your own coffee machine, water boiler and fridge in your room, but no kitchen.
  
  We will have the meals together. We eat almost only vegetarian and always organic food. Except if we go to a Biergarten with you.
  We love breakfast, cook late lunch and do not eat much or not at all in the evening. But you are welcome to prepare your dinner for yourself.
  You can also come with your own campervan or bring an animal along with you. Just let us know….

  Public transport is regularly to the next towns.
  Prefer non smokers, otherwise rule is to smoke outside.
  Not many rules
  Helping time can be flexible if you want to go somewhere during the week, and also if there is a day with more hours you will get your free time another day.
  We switch off the internet during night time due to reduce Elektrosmog.

  We can offer electricity and a bathroom, but no deposit for wastewater or your toilet of the van.

  We need to talk about the pet beforehand. Sort of like bringing three dogs might be to much for us, but a horse is possible….
