I had such a wonderful time staying at this community farm on Bornholm. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm, kind, and easygoing, and I immediately felt like part of the team.

… read more you enjoy being outdoors, moving your body, and seeing the results of your effort at the end of the day, this is the perfect place. The tasks were varied and interesting, also depending on your energy level, and I learned so much along the way — both practical skills and little insights about life on Bornholm.
One of the biggest highlights for me was being able to bring my dog along. She was welcomed with open arms, settled in quickly, and loved exploring the beautiful surroundings. It meant a lot to share this adventure with her.
I also really appreciated having my own cozy little living space to relax in after a full day outside. It made it easy to recharge and enjoy some quiet moments.
And I have to mention the food — absolutely delicious! Every meal was homemade, fresh, and nourishing. Sitting together at the table after a day of work made it feel even more like home.
I’m leaving this place feeling grateful, stronger, and inspired by the simplicity and beauty of life here. It’s a special place with wonderful people, and I’d happily return anytime. Thank you so much for everything!

I thought I will stay for two or three weeks at Lili and Morten's place and finally left the island after 6 weeks with wonderful memories in my head and new friends in my heart. Lili, Morten, Vera and Zhenya (and Fie!) are beautiful people and they created a unique atmosphere in a magical place. I had the best accomodation ever, my work was really

I volunteered here for only three week, it was unexpected, and also, my first workaway experience ever. At the end I could not ask for any better as a volunteering experience. The people I met recieved me with warmth, open arms, flavorish vegan food, healthy alternative lifestyle and a unique way to be super productive smart hardworkers, and ,at
… read more the same time, super nice childback people. We shared meal everyday, could be open about absolutely everything with an open and critical point of view. Thank you all for every little thing.
As a workawayer since the beggining they were clear about every subjet work-related, they provided a confortable place to sleep and quality meals, the place was clean and daily taks were varied and fun to do. We never did more than 5 hours a day and days-off were flexible.

I had the greatest time here. I learned a lot about permaculture especially with the foodforest. Everyone in this community is very nice and has something to offer you. They are all welcoming, open-minded and always ready to help. The place is indeed a very beautiful island that you can visit with bikes or through hikes.
