Description
I am an English lady who has a lovely villa style two bedroom house with splendid views of the mountains in rural Bulgaria a mile from the local village of Ravnishte. During my 9 years here I have gathered a small collection of 12 street dogs and 2 cats. Some of the dogs live in outside accommodation close to the house but 4 are house pets. They are all however much loved pets who I have now had for several years with an age range of 6 to 13.
In the last few days however a young doggie Mum and her 2 , 4 week old babies have been dumped on my street. Having taken them in I am now looking for someone to help out as I do have to work several hours a day.
Duties will include helping out with cooking and some cleaning around the house and taking over some of the animal care, such as daily walking, and feeding which is once a day whilst I am sometimes working. Spending some time socialising our new mum and her babies too as they will be going to homes in the U.K. and providing lots of love to everyone. There is no more than 15 hours work in the course of a week.
This opportunity is suitable for someone who has lots of multiple dog experience, is able to take care of puppies and is used to helping care of a home.

On this experience a traveller can enjoy the great outdoors of the Bulgarian countryside and its nature. There are plenty of places to hike. Nighttime is perfect for stargazing as there is no light pollution. There is the chance to learn Bulgarian with local people. As the car is available if you have a licence you will be able to explore the locality.
This is a sit for people who link to live a clean and tidy existence but are also entirely happy and familiar with real countryside living. We are a household that operates a stout boot, wellie and comfort clothes vibe.

Helping to take care of the dogs including walking, feeding, and socialising the 3 new dogs ready for rehoming, 2 of which are very young puppies.

A two bedroom modern villa with two bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room, balcony and stunning views of the Stara Planina mountains. Your accommodation is a converted loft room with static ladder/ steps.

It would be very useful to have a driving licence if you would like to borrow the car. You will be asked to fuel it yourself for personal use.
This is not a paid opportunity and you will be asked to provide your own food however it is reasonably priced.

Sarah is such a sweet woman with extreme love for the dogs she has rescued.
Her home is cozy and clean and I got to sleep in a king sized bed in my own space in the loft.
