Description
Our family of artists and travellers, we run a small Hotel and Restaurant in a Beautiful Town in Himachal Pradesh. It's famous for the Parties, Live music and Good Vibes!
We have a Local community of musicians who are part of our Open Mic every Sunday.
Since we are all Techno Lovers, we host a Techno night every Thursday with Amazing local DJ’s including Veda(the daughter).
We are also keen on making Flow Arts and Yoga a regular part of our everyday lives.
We live in a farmhouse about 3 k.m. away from the hotel in the middle of nature. Here we are growing our own veggies/fruits/ herbs etc. and during the off season time here in Kasauli when there are less tourists, we host volunteers to help us at home.
Our family includes Veda, Vanita(mother) and Rajesh(father).
We are a family of Solo Travellers and one of us is usually away travelling while the rest stay and look after our business and home.
We have picked up various skills and languages on our travels throughout from around the world and in India.
Veda is a Techno DJ + Live Musician singing in almost 16 languages from around the world.
Vanita is a former Geography teacher with immense knowledge about the local flora & fauna and is a wonderful painter.
Rajesh is a certified Yoga teacher, a fitness enthusiast and a musician.
We would Love to work with you and host you together :)

You can definitely work on your Hindi.
You can learn DJing from Veda(daughter) and also learn to make Macrame Jewellery, Crochet and all kinds of art projects.
Vanita(mother) has a lot of knowledge about the local Culture, Flora & Fauna, Nature and Life in general that she can share with you.
You can learn to play the Ukulele/Guitar + Slack Lining from Rajesh(father).
You can interact with the locals and learn all about our local culture of Himachal and the villages.
Aide
As a volunteer at the hotel, we mainly need you to be a host(like us) and to interact with our guests, getting them to follow us on Instagram+ reviewing us on google+ taking some photos/videos for our social media pages.
We also need someone who can interact + talk in English with our staff and just open them up to the world through your experiences since most of them are from rural and suburban areas of Himachal Pradesh.
As a volunteer at our farmhouse, the work mainly includes landscaping projects + gardening + cleaning and basic home chores.
If you are an artist of any kind, you will fit in easily in our community and we can try to figure our together how we can collaborate and make use of your skills to benefit our business and to benefit you as an artist to refine your skills.
Even if you are not an artist, you are welcome to enjoy our company and share your skills.

We are interested in learning different languages from around the world, learning about where you are from and your cultures and exchange all types of skills and knowledge.
Hébergement
1 bed in any of the available rooms of our home.
3 meals provided will be basic Indian food at both Hangout and our Farmhouse.
Anything else you order from our Hangout will be given to you at a 30% discount!

Kasauli is a Beautiful small Town in the South of Himachal Pradesh.
It is comparatively closer to Cities like Delhi and Chandigarh where most our tourists come from.
Vanita offers Beautiful Nature walks and endless hikes in the forests of Kasauli.
Veda is a Techno DJ and travels to nearby cities almost every other weekend for her gigs which you can join if there is less work to be done.
Volunteers can always go visit the main Kasauli town and interact with the locals and tourists.
Best time to be in Kasauli in our opinion is between April and November but we have tourists all year long on weekends.

He is a Techno DJ with some great music, he is super communicative and expressive and him being there made the whole hosting a volunteer experience very beautiful for us all.
