  Description

  Hello! I’m a 54-year-old teacher living in a quiet and green condominium in Pilar, just outside Buenos Aires. I enjoy cultural exchange, meeting people from different countries, and especially practicing languages in a natural and relaxed way.
  
  I live in a very peaceful and safe environment, surrounded by nature, with access to a shared swimming pool (available in summer) and a cozy apartment with a balcony and barbecue. The atmosphere at home is calm, clean, and welcoming — ideal for someone who appreciates a slower rhythm of life.
  
  During the week I work as a kindergarten teacher, so I’m usually out during the day. This means you will have plenty of free time to study, work remotely, or simply enjoy your own activities. I also enjoy a creative and reflective environment, and I’m happy to share books and some art materials to help nurture that kind of space.

  We can practice English or Italian through natural interaction, share meals, and exchange experiences about our cultures. I can also help you with Spanish and give you insight into Argentine lifestyle.
  
  Depending on the timing, we may visit nearby places such as Buenos Aires city, Tigre, or San Antonio de Areco.
  
  The home environment is quiet and creative, ideal for reading, studying, or personal projects — I’m happy to share books and some art materials.
  
  I’m looking forward to meeting respectful, open-minded people and creating a positive and enriching exchange for both sides.

  I’m mainly looking for female guests who would like to share time and conversation in English or Italian (my level is intermediate in both), and help a little with light household tasks.
  
  Typical help may include:
  
  Conversation practice (English or Italian)
  Light cleaning and keeping things organized
  Occasional help with cooking
  
  If you have additional skills such as massage or wellness practices, they are welcome as part of a friendly cultural exchange.
  
  The idea is to keep a balanced and relaxed exchange, around 4–5 hours a day, 5 days a week.

  You will have a private room and share the bathroom. The apartment is comfortable, very clean, and located in a quiet condominium with green areas and a shared pool (not available during winter). There is also a balcony with a barbecue.
