Dear Au Pair, We are a cheerful and lively family who live in the countryside, in a small villa convenient to both the beach and the city. My name is Elisa, I'm separated and have three wonderful children: Maria Vittoria (18), who lives in Rome for university; Alessandro (16), a kind and energetic boy; and a sweet 8-year-old girl in third grade. Our home is surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful garden where our poodle, two cats, and a few tortoises live happily. We all live on the main floor, while downstairs there is a basement with a second apartment. We are looking for an au pair to primarily care for our youngest daughter. Since I work nights at the Post Office, I would need you to: wake her up in the morning at 7:00, help her become more independent, prepare her breakfast, and accompany her to school (you will have a scooter at your disposal, you could also drive my car, or if you like the bicycle, so it is important that you know how to drive. From 8:30 in the morning you will be free until the afternoon, so if you want to study, find a job, you are free, I could ask you for a hand with the children's extracurricular activities, in the afternoon but not something I will always ask you. On weekends we like to spend time together: we listen to music, we watch Disney films on Saturdays with pizza and popcorn, we like to take long walks in the parks or at the beach, listen to music, paint, sing, dance we are a very creative family We are looking for a responsible, sweet but also firm person, who loves children and animals and who wants to become part of our family, while maintaining his independence. Cara ragazza alla pari,
siamo una famiglia allegra e vivace che vive in campagna, in una villetta comoda sia al mare che alla città. Mi chiamo Elisa, sono separata e ho tre splendidi figli:
Maria Vittoria (18 anni), che vive a Roma per frequentare l’università,
Alessandro (16 anni), un ragazzo gentile ed energico,e una dolce bambina di 8 anni, che frequenta la terza elementare.
La nostra casa è immersa nel verde, con un bel giardino dove vivono felici il nostro cagnolino barboncino, due gatti e alcune tartarughe di terra. Abitiamo tutti al piano principale, mentre al piano inferiore c’è una taverna con un secondo appartamento,
Cerchiamo una ragazza alla pari che si occupi principalmente della nostra figlia più piccola. Poiché io lavoro di notte alle Poste, avrei bisogno che tu:la svegli al mattino alle 7:00,
l’aiuti a diventare più autonoma,
le prepari la colazione,
e che la accompagni a scuola (avrai a disposizione uno scooter,anche potresti guidare la mia macchina,o se ti piace la bicicletta,quindi è importante che tu sappia guidare.
Dalle 8:30 del mattino sarai libera fino al pomeriggio, quindi se tu vuoi studiare, trovare un lavoretto, sei libera, potrei chiederti una mano per le attività extrascolastiche dei ragazzi, nel.pomeriggio ma non una cosa che ti chiederò sempre , Nei fine settimana ci piace trascorrere del tempo insieme: ascoltiamo musica, guardiamo i film Disney il sabato con pizza e pop corn,ci piace fare lunghe passeggiate nei parchi o al mare, ascoltare musica , dipingere, cantare, ballare siamo una famiglia molto creativa
Cerchiamo una persona responsabile, dolce ma anche ferma, che ami i bambini e gli animali e che abbia voglia di diventare parte della nostra famiglia, mantenendo comunque la sua indipendenza.

I live in Lecce, in the heart of Salento, a wonderful city known as the "Florence of the South" for its Baroque architecture, historic buildings, and unique churches. Culture is vibrant here: there are events, festivals, concerts, and demonstrations year-round. The culinary tradition is rich, and you'll have the opportunity to sample typical dishes such as puccia, orecchiette, pasticciotto, and much more. Nearby, there are some of Italy's most beautiful beaches and authentic little villages to visit. Skills and knowledge we can share: Italian and Salento cuisine: learning to prepare traditional dishes. Italian language and culture (customs, habits, and traditions). Experience Italian family life, with authentic, everyday moments. Knowledge of the region, beaches, villages, and local traditions. What we hope to learn from you: We'd like this experience to be a mutual exchange: we'd love to learn your language, your traditions, and your way of life. We believe that engaging with different cultures enriches the whole family, especially children, helping them grow more open-minded, curious, and respectful of differences.
Vivo a Lecce, nel cuore del Salento, una città meravigliosa conosciuta come la “Firenze del Sud” per la sua architettura barocca, i palazzi storici e le chiese uniche. Qui la cultura è molto viva: ci sono eventi, sagre, concerti e manifestazioni tutto l’anno. La tradizione culinaria è ricchissima e avrai modo di conoscere piatti tipici come la puccia, le orecchiette, il pasticciotto e tanto altro. Nei dintorni ci sono spiagge tra le più belle d’Italia e piccoli borghi autentici da visitare.

I'm looking for a girl who loves children and is also good with teenagers. As a single mother, I need support because I'm alone. I'm looking for a family member to work with, just as if she were my own daughter. Each of us has our own tasks at home—someone hangs out the laundry, some unload the dishwasher, some cook, some do the laundry. So, I'm looking for a girl to work alongside me. The more we work together, the more free time we each have. The free day will be the morning, barring family unforeseen circumstances, and Sundays. Sometimes it could also be Saturdays, but we can easily agree on a plan based on everyone's needs.

Hébergement
The au pair will sleep in a bright room with parquet flooring, as is the case throughout the house. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed with a new mattress, a desk with shelves for books, and a white wardrobe. It's my eldest daughter's room, so it's ready to comfortably host one person. The house is clean and tidy, and I take great care in maintaining it. We live in the countryside, surrounded by nature yet close to the city, so the environment is quiet and peaceful, ideal for living and relaxing. As for food, the family is available to provide daily meals, with the opportunity to share Italian and Salento recipes in a welcoming, family atmosphere.
La ragazza alla pari dormirà in una stanza luminosa, con parquet come in tutta la casa. La stanza è arredata con un letto di una piazza e mezzo con materasso nuovo, una scrivania con mensole per i libri e un armadio bianco. È la stanza della mia figlia più grande, quindi già pronta per ospitare una persona in modo confortevole.
La casa è pulita e ordinata, e sono molto attenta alla cura degli ambienti. Viviamo in zona di campagna, circondati dalla natura, ma vicini alla città, quindi l’ambiente è tranquillo e sereno, ideale per vivere e rilassarsi.
Per quanto riguarda il cibo, la famiglia è disponibile a fornire pasti quotidiani, con possibilità di condividere ricette italiane e salentine, in un ambiente familiare e accogliente.
